A Natick office building located within the town’s business park has sold for $3.9 million.
The 15,504 square-foot office building located at 21 Strathmore Road is within the Natick Business Park and located near Route 9 and close to the Natick Mall. The seller was GMG 21 Strathmore Road, LLC and the buyer was Sunshine Technologies Holding Corp. They will use the building for research and development of biotechnology.
The sale follows the recent purchase of the neighboring property for use as an urgent care center. That property also sold for $3.9 million.
Scott R. Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. of Framingham co-brokered the sale with Nina Crowley of Boston Signature Homes.
