Registered nurses working at the MetroWest Medical Center and Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick have reached a tentative two-year deal, the Massachusetts Nurses Association announced Friday.
The contract, which covers 200 nurses, includes a 2.25 percent raise each year, a new program to improve retention and recruitment of nurses and the nurses’ current health insurance.
The two-year deal, if ratified by the full nurse membership, will extend the current contract, which is scheduled to end on June 30, 2016, to June 30, 2018.
