NAI Hunneman Commercial brokered 5,068 square-feet of office space at the Mount Royal Office Park in Marlboro, the firm announced.
NAI Hunneman represented the landlord, Mount Royal Associates, in the deal. Jim Bartholomew of NAI Hunneman represented the tenant, Omnipresence, which outgrew its current space and effectively doubles their size.
In Worcester, David Cohen of Glickman Kovago & Company completed the lease between Pet Barn, Inc. amd McAvey Realty for 1,500 square-feet of retail space on 1393 Grafton Street.
