Moves, Expansions, Renovations For Marlborough, Hopkinton Tenants
One current tenant and one new tenant signed leases totaling more than 10,000 square feet at 25 South St. in Hopkinton.
According to O'Brien Commercial Properties, the Marlborough-based commercial real estate firm that handled the transaction, Polytec Inc. signed a new lease on 8,050 square feet it currently occupies at 25 South St. Under the new lease, 25-45 South LLC, the property's owner, will completely renovate the space.
Printworks leased 2,400 square feet in the complex and will relocate from its current location in Ashland, O'Brien said.
O'Brien also represented wind turbine manufacturer Vestas Technology R&D Americas Inc. in a 12,556-square-foot lease at 100 Locke Dr. in Marlborough.
The Marlborough lease is in addition to space the company leases in Hudson.
The property's owner, Nason Hill Trust, was represented by New Dover Associates in the transaction.
