Clinton Savings Bank has promoted PAMELA HILL to branch manager of its Sterling location. A member of the Clinton Saving Bank team for 17 years, Hill has worked as the Berlin branch manager and assistant branch manager before her latest appointment.

ANGELIKA MELIEN has joined the Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts as the director of fund development. She has more than 12 years of experience in the development arena as director of marketing, pubic relations and development for Pioneer Valley Girl Scout Council, assistant vice president for Institutional Advancement at Western New England College, and director of leadership giving at Bay Path College.

Summit ElderCare in Worcester has appointed of Dr. TINEVIMBO JARAVAZA as a member of its medical team. She specializes in geriatric medicine and will provide comprehensive medical care, including chronic disease management, acute care and preventive care. She completed a fellowship in geriatric medicine and a residency in internal medicine at Wayne State University and the Detroit Medical Center and received her medical degree from St. Georges University School of Medicine in West Indies.

ForeSite Technologies, which has offices in Worcester and East Hartford, Conn., has appointed TRACY FOX as business development manager. She brings more than 20 years of sales development experience having served in a similar capacity for a growing information technology business and as a top sales consultant for a national computer company in the northeast area.

Wright Line in Worcester has appointed CARLTON COTTULI as vice president of product development and services. Previously, he served as vice president of the Data Center Science Group for American Power Conversion

Worcester Polytechnic Institute has hired JO-ANN ALESSANDRINI as associate vice president for development and campaign director for its Office of Development and Alumni Relations. She most recently served as assistant dean for development at the University of South Florida College of Business in Tampa. DENNIS BERKEY, president and CEO of WPI, will serve on the steering commission of Leaders For Education, a newly-formed coalition aimed at providing broad support for changes in public education.

Dr. VALERIE MORELAND has joined Sterling Family Medicine in a new office located at 50 Leominster Road, Sterling. Moreland is a member of the UMass Memorial Medical Group and is on the medical staff at Clinton Hospital.

ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville announced that CHRISTA JAILLET from the firm’s Westborough office has been awarded the accredited buyer representation designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agency Council Inc.

Clinton Savings Bank has promoted KRISTEN MEYER to branch manager of the Berlin location. Prior to her promotion, she served as the assistant manager and the teller supervisor for the bank’s Clinton branch. Before that, she worked at the bank’s Berlin location as the senior teller.

Gorman Richardson Architects in Hopkinton announced that FRANK ANIELLO, registered architect, has joined their team as director of retail development. He brings more than 25 years of experience in a variety of projects types including retail shopping malls, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, bio-tech, and educational facilities.

The Kitchen Center of Framingham has hired Sara Iborra as elite kitchen designer. She founded Iborra Interiors in 2006 working as a consultant for a variety of manufacturers and helping designers with layouts, pricing and ordering. She worked for the Kitchen Center from 2002 to 2003.

RCAP Solutions, with locations in Gardner and Worcester, announced the following appointments: PAMELA O’NEILL, deputy director of client resources; BRIAN SCALES, director of planning and development; and DONNA WARSHAW, executive director of RCAP Solutions financial services.

MARK SHEAR, president of Berman Auctioneers and Appraisers in Worcester, has taken on a national leadership position as the new chairman of the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate education program run by the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute. Shear holds a CAI designation from the National Auctioneers Association, as well as a real estate broker’s license in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
