Rocke earned a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Florida in Gainesville; and her master's degree in human resources from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
North Brookfield Savings Bank hired JONATHAN D. KELLEY as assistant vice president, business development officer, commercial lender; and TAMMY M. MARTIN, branch manager for the West Brookfield branch. Kelley previously worked at Sovereign Bank and Savers Bank. Martin earned a bachelor's degree from Worcester State University and was previously manager at the Rutland office of Spencer Savings Bank.
KEVIN MEEHAN was elected to the board of directors for The Milford National Bank and Trust Co. He previously served as the president and owner of several Imperial car dealerships. Meehan is a Millis resident.
Barre Savings Bank hired RENEE J. LETENDRE as an office/sales manager at
the Paxton office. She most recently worked with Central One Federal Credit Union in Shrewsbury, where she served as lending specialist. She lives in Hubbardston.

Acton-based eIQnetworks Inc. promoted GEOFF CHARRON to senior vice president of engineering. He was previously vice president of engineering.
DAVID DEREZINSKI was hired as a sales consultant by The Training Associates of Westborough. He was formerly founder and principal of d2 Solutions Group. He earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Clark University in Worcester.
CLAIRE M. BURNS, senior vice president and CCO at MetLife Inc., joined The Chief Customer Officer Council, a Littleton-based think tank that serves CCOs. Before joining MetLife, Burns was a senior vice president and chief strategy officer for Alico, which was sold to MetLife, a divestiture in which she played a leading role.
JOSEPH J. KLIMAVICH has been hired as vice president for communication at Webster-based Hometown Bank. Klimavich previously owned and operated Klimavich Communication. He has a master's degree in professional communications from Clark University in Worcester. He is a resident of Brookfield.
