DON RYEL, MICHELLE OSTIGUY and STEVE TOMAS have been promoted by FLEXcon in Spencer. Ryel is vice president of global sourcing of the adhesive coating and laminating company, having previously served as vice president of the product branding business team. Ostiguy, previously market development specialist for the photovoltaic and barrier business team, will serve as director of that group. Tomas is now director of the product branding business team; he was previously director of flexible electronics.
KRISTEN RICARDI was promoted to clinical coordinator at Worcester-based Behavioral Concepts Inc. She has worked in several part-time roles in the company since 2006 and was most recently a paraprofessional in the Shrewsbury Public Schools. She has a bachelor's degree in human services from Fitchburg State University and is a lifelong resident of Worcester.
Bay State Savings Bank promoted JANET JONES to assistant vice president and manager of its Auburn branch. She joined the bank in 2005 as an assistant branch manager and previously worked as a branch operations supervisor at Sovereign Bank. She is a resident of Southbridge.
FREDERICK M. MISILO JR. was named to the board of directors for the Cardinal Cushing Centers, non-profit schools for those with intellectual disabilities. Misilo is a director at Worcester-based Fletcher Tilton, chair of the firm's trust and estate department and the special needs and elder law practice group. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, a master's in education from Harvard University in Cambridge, and a law degree from Suffolk University in Boston.
PETER K. PIGULSKI was hired as director of business development for Central Massachusetts for LifeLine Ambulance Service, which has locations in Worcester and Milford. Prior to joining the company, he was a computer integration specialist at Meditech in Framingham. He is a graduate of Stonehill College in Easton.
CAROLE DONALDSON was hired by The Training Associates of Westborough, as a marketing writer. She previously worked for Autonomy in Southborough, as a product marketer in cloud data protection. Donaldson has a bachelor's degree in government and politics from George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. She lives in South Grafton.
CHARLES E. RODDY was hired as director of alumni relations and The Becker Fund at Becker College in Worcester. He has previously served as a director of individual giving at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester; interim director of development at The Worcester Historical Museum, and most recently as director of development at the Peter Michael Foundation of Sausalito, Calif. Roddy earned a bachelor's in psychology at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and a master's degree in education administration and policy studies from UCLA.
ADRIEN FINLAY was appointed executive director of Music Worcester, a non-profit cultural organization and presenter of the Worcester Music Festival. He was previously executive director of the Alexandria Symphony Orchestra in Alexandria, Va. Finlay is a graduate of Harvard University in Cambridge and earned a master's degree in arts management from American University in Washington.
REBECCA KESMAN was hired as a primary care physician in Reliant Medical Group's Department of Internal Medicine's Auburn location Dr. Kesman earned her medical degree from the University of Connecticut in Farmington. Included in her experience is a five-year stint as a primary care physician at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.
DAVID GRENIER, VERILYN MITCHELL and DENNIS P. SARGENT were elected to the board of trustees of Worcester-based Spectrum Health Systems Inc. Grenier, president of Cutler Capital Management, was elected board chair. He succeeds Mark Bilotta, CEO of the Colleges of Worcester Consortium. Mitchell, vice president for real estate planning and development at the MassDevelopment Finance Agency, is vice chair. Sargent, assistant clerk magistrate of the Clinton District Court, is a trustee.
Fitchburg-based Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts elected trustees and officers. RICHARD A. CELLA of the Law Office of Richard A. Cella in Leominster was reelected a trustee to a one-year term. CHARLES A. GELINAS, Gelinas and Ward LLC, Leominster; RICHARD W. NOBILE, Holden; STEVEN L. STONE, Sterilite Corp., Townsend; ALLEN ROME, Hub International New England LLC/Rome Insurance Agency, Fitchburg; and GARY SHEPHERD, ShepCo Inc., Townsend, were reelected to three-year terms. WILLIAM E. AUBUCHON IV of W.E. Aubuchon Co. Inc., Westminster; and JAY D. DRAKE, Royal Steam Heater Co., Gardner, were elected to one-and threeyear terms, respectively.
