PATRICK S. SPINELLI was promoted to plant manager by Hyde Tools in Southbridge, a manufacturing company. He joined the company in 1994 and was most recently leader of operations for Hyde Industrial Blade Solutions. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester. Spinelli is a resident of Southbridge.

North Brookfield-based Quabaug Corp. promoted RICHARD L. CARON JR., PATTI J. COFFILL and ARMANDO COLLESEI. Caron was promoted to director of human resources. He has been with the company for 32 years, most recently as assistant general manager. Coffill was promoted to director of HRIS. With the company for 26 years, she was most recently manager of human resources. Collesei was promoted to director of operations. He has been with the company for nine years, and was most recently assistant general manager.

MARK SHIRMAN was appointed to the board of trustees at Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner. He is president and CEO of Westford-based RiverMeadow Software Inc. Shirman previously served as executive vice president of corporate development and CTO at Convergent Group in Englewood, Colo. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brandeis University in Waltham and his MBA from American University in Washington, D.C. He resides in Sutton.

ANDREW R. MILLER was hired by Framingham-based MutualOne Bank as vice president of commercial lending. He was most recently a commercial banker with Citizens Bank. Miller has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind., and an MBA from Babson College in Waltham.

LYNNE A. ALEXANDROWICZ was hired by Sterling Village, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, as admissions and marketing liaison. She is a resident of Millbury.

RAY LO and TALIN AVAKIAN were hired by Worcester-based Davis Advertising. Lo will serve as part of the web development team. He is a graduate of Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill. Avakian will serve as a member of the video and production department. She earned a degree from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston.

TD Bank hired NIKOLE L. NOLLE as store manager at 370 Main Street in Worcester. Prior to joining the bank, she served as branch manager at Commerce Bank in Worcester. She is a graduate of Nichols College in Dudley and lives in Worcester.

Worcester-based Reliant Medical Group hired DR. YUE SHEN to its department of internal medicine at the organization’s Leominster location. She received her medical degree from Beijing Medical University / Peking University Health Science Center in Beijing, China.
