DR. ROBIN S. RICHMAN has been appointed by Gov. Deval Patrick to the commonwealth's Board of Registration in Medicine. Dr. Richman is chief medical officer and executive vice president of medical affairs at Reliant Medical Group in Worcester. She graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia.

SARAH ASHBY has been promoted to vice president and general counsel by Acton-based Psychemedics Corp. She joined the company last year as associated general counsel after 10 years in private law practice, which focused on civil litigation, FDA regulation and government investigations.

BOB GOODELL has been named vice president and market manager for WXLO, WORC FM and The Pike, all part of Cumulus Media radio group. He began working for Cumulus in 2009 as director of sales after more than 30 years with WAAF. There, he served in such roles as national sales manager and regional sales director. Goodell attended St. John's High School in Shrewsbury and Stonehill College in Easton, Mass.

KEVIN MEEHAN was named chairman of The Milford National Bank Board of Directors. He joined the board last year. Meehan has served as president and owner of several Imperial car dealerships since they were established in 1991. He lives in Millis.

TERRENCE J. HASTINGS, DEWEY J. TIBERII and KENNETH E. RIZNER were elected to the Southbridge-based Savers Bank Board of Directors. Hastings is chairman; Tiberii is vice chairman; and Rizner is clerk. Re-elected were Joseph A. Coderre, president and CEO; Eric D. Boecher, vice president and chief financial officer; John F. Dziembowski, vice president of IT; John L. Fearing, vice president and senior loan officer; Peter J. Kaslauskas, vice president and investment consultant; John F. White, vice president of commercial banking services; Christopher M. Wszolek, vice president of commercial banking services; and Walter M. Czabaj, vice president of consumer lending and collections.

NATALIE SOUSA was promoted and ANA CZAPKOWSKI hired by Hudson-based Avidia Bank. Sousa was promoted to assistant vice president and Czapkowski was named commercial loan portfolio officer. Sousa is a loan originator in the bank's residential lending department and was hired by the bank in 1989. She was promoted to loan originator in 1995. Czapkowski came to Avidia in 1998 after working for many years at Community National Bank. She has held positions in the bank's residential lending and commercial lending divisions.

DR. FRANCESCO AIELLO, a board-certified surgeon, was hired by Marlborough Hospital. He is a graduate of Boston University and completed his residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center. He was fellowship trained in vascular surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell and Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Aiello is accepting new patients.

SEAN O'CONNELL was hired by Barre Savings Bank as a commercial lender in the bank's main office in Barre. He was previously the branch manager of Citizens Bank in East Longmeadow. He has a bachelor's degree in business management from Westfield State University and lives in Belchertown.

BRYAN KAYE was hired by North Brookfield Savings Bank as a vice president/commercial loan officer. He was formerly a commercial loan officer at Freedom Credit Union of Springfield. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bluffton University in Bluffton, Ohio, and is a resident of East Longmeadow.

DR. ROBERT DETERS was hired by Marlborough Hospital at its new spine center. Dr. Deters is a physiatrist, treating both acute pain and chronic pain. He received his medical degree from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh, St. Francis Medical Center.

MARTHA DANLY was promoted by Worcester-based World Energy Solutions Inc., an energy management services firm, to chief operating officer. She was previously chief product officer, a position she had held since joining the company in September 2012.

DR. NICOLE WINTERS was hired by Worcester-based Reliant Medical Group and will practice family medicine at the organization's Leominster location. She earned her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts and completed her residency at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island in Pawtucket, R.I.

PAUL A. NOCIVELLI JR. was hired by Southbridge Savings Bank as a mortgage loan consultant. He came to Southbridge Savings from Digital Federal Credit Union's mortgage department. Nocivelli is a longtime resident of Worcester County.

DEBRA MAY was promoted by Gardner-based GFA Federal Credit Union to assistant vice president and member resources manager. She joined the credit union in October 2001.

DR. DENNIS M. DIMITRI was elected vice president of the Massachusetts Medical Society. He will serve a one-year term. Dr. Dimitri is a clinical associate professor and vice chair of the department of family medicine and community health at UMass Memorial Medical Center and UMass Medical School. He joined the department in 2006 after nearly 25 years in private practice in Worcester. Dr. Dimitri is a graduate of Clark University in Worcester. He earned his medical degree at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and completed his residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. He lives in Worcester.

MARISOL DITTAMI and CATHERINE WHEELER were promoted at Barre Savings Bank. Dittami was named bank office and sales manager of the Paxton office, with Wheeler as assistant branch manager. Dittami joined Barre Savings in 2008 as a teller in the Princeton branch, and was promoted to assistant manager in 2012. She had previously worked in the resort industry in Puerto Rico and earned a bachelor's degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Wheeler was previously a teller and customer service representative at the bank's main office in Barre. She had joined the bank in 1996. Wheeler has prior banking experience with Athol Savings Bank. She lives in Barre.

TIMOTHY M. JARRY was named a director at Worcester-based Bay State Savings Bank. He is chief investment officer at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. Jarry has been a bank corporator for six years. DESIREE AWISZIO; ROBERT BLUTE JR; AUDREY KURLAN-MARCY; TIMOTHY LAHEY; BRIAN LYNCH; CHRISTOPHER D. METZGER and THOMAS J. OLIVERI were named corporators.

RONALD J. MASIELLO and DANIEL P. KELLEY were appointed to The Milford National Bank and Trust Co. Board of Directors. Masiello, a CPA, is a partner with Shepherd & Goldstein, based in Worcester, and a graduate of Nichols College in Dudley. Kelley is president and managing partner of Milford-based Kelley & Ryan Associates Inc., a municipal collection firm.

MICHAEL P. FLYNN joined Natick marketing and advertising agency Sundin Associates as a marketing assistant and junior strategist. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Providence College, and previously worked for Winchester Swim and Tennis Club, where he advanced from assistant director of tennis to director of tennis.

STEVE KOPPI was appointed executive director of Worcester Polytechnic Institute's Career Development Center. He previously worked at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley as director of its career development center. Koppi earned a bachelor's degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and a master's from the University of Maryland in College Park.

BINNI PATEL has been named area director of marketing and business development at Auburn Mall and Greendale Mall in Worcester, both owned by Simon Property Group of Indianapolis. Patel previously served as area guest services manager at Copley Place in Boston and the Mall at Chestnut Hill. She holds a business management certificate from Bryant University. She resides in Norton.
