ANDREW FISH has joined Westborough-based Conservation Services Group as regional director for New York. He will be responsible for all of CSG’s New York operations and will be based out of the company’s Albany office. CSG also recently appointed SAMUEL J. NUTTER as New England business development director. Nutter will represent CSG’s interests in meetings and forums in the region. He will be responsible for monitoring state energy legislation, coordinating regional planning efforts and working with New England clients and partners.
PETER L. BRUNELLI of Franklin has been elected a member of Medway-based Charles River Bank’s board of directors. Brunelli is partner, vice president and treasurer of Thomas F. Keefe Insurance Agency in Franklin. He joined the agency in 1985 after graduating from Brown University in Providence, R.I.
KIMBERLY M. HARMON, CEO and founder of Harmon Home Health in Worcester, has been appointed to the advisory board of the Female Leadership Interest Council (FLIC). FLIC was founded by Deborah Penta, CEO of Penta Communications in Worcester. The organization is aimed at educating, inspiring and mentoring women in all stages of their lives. Harmon is also on the board of directors for several nonprofits, including Pernet Family Health Services and the Auburn Chamber of Commerce.
MCU Commercial Services LLC of Millbury, a subsidiary of the Millbury Federal Credit Union (MCU), appointed two new members to its board of directors: PAUL A. MATT and JOSEPH C. DELISO. Matt currently works at Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates Inc. Deliso is the founder and managing director of Blackstone Management and Consulting Co. He serves as CEO of Carando Gourmet Foods in Springfield and Cabinetparts.com, an international distributor of cabinet products based out of Pompano Beach, Fla.
Milford Federal Savings and Loan Association promoted MICHAEL DICICCO of Milford to branch administration officer. He will be responsible for planning and directing operations at each branch as well as recommending policies, procedures and objectives for banking offices. DiCicco joined Milford Federal in 1998 as a management trainee. He has been a member of the Miford Rotary Club since 2004 and served as president in 2007-2008.
Devens-based American Super-conductor Corp. has promoted SUSAN DICECCO to vice president of corporate administration. In conjunction with her promotion, DiCecco was named an officer of the corporation by the board of directors of AMSC. DiCecco joined AMSC in 2000 and, since, has been promoted several times, most recently to vice president of human resources in 2006.
MICHAEL J. QUINK was hired as senior vice president and senior business banking officer at Leominster-based Fidelity Bank. Quink was previously senior vice president and division manager for Medway-based Strata Bank, where he managed the commercial banking division. He serves on the East Side Community Development Corp. board as a treasurer, and volunteers at the Franklin Education Association, the Hockomock Area YMCA and the Leicester Food Pantry.
KENNETH F. MULRY of Rutland has been hired as fraud manager at St. Mary’s Credit Union. He will manage fraud investigations and security protection programs at the credit union. Mulry earned a bachelor’s from Nichols College in Dudley, and has more than 10 years in fraud management.
SCOTT P. GALLAGHER of Jefferson has joined the Wayland-based accounting firm of Paresky Flitt & Co. LLP. Most recently, Gallagher worked with The Siegfried Group LLP of Boston. Gallagher’s career also includes 10 years with Greenberg, Rosenblatt, Kull & Bitsoli PC in Worcester.
JOHN P. GWOZDZ of Franklin earned his licensure in landscape architecture and became Westborough-based Meridian Associates’ newest LEED certified team member. Gwozdz is a member of the United States Green Building Council, American Society of Landscape Architects and American Society of Landscape Architects.
WILLIAM J. CONLEY JR., a former officer in the U.S. Marines, has been named director of administrative services at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. In his new position, Conley will be the senior human resources professional, responsible for policies and procedures for hiring, affirmative action, risk management, emergency preparedness and other college operations.
TMC Services Inc. in Bellingham hired DEBI SILBERBERG as its new accounting manager. Prior to joining TMC Services, Silberberg was a senior consultant at Fantasia Technology Partners in Framingham.
