Movers & Shakers from the Sept. 12, 2011 issue

Cumulus Global of Westborough hired PAUL DROTCH as chief financial officer. He previously worked at Liberty Mutual as a senior investment officer. He has a bachelor's degree from University of Rochester and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.

Gardner-based nonprofit RCAP Solutions hired COURTENAY LOISELLE as director of rental assistance and KATHLEEN HAMMERSTROM as director of client services. Loiselle previously worked at the Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership. Hammerstrom previously worked as director of training at YOU Inc.

MARY LOU RETELLE joined Anna Maria College in Paxton as executive vice president. She previously served as vice president for enrollment and student services at Merrimack College in North Andover. She has a bachelor's degree from Merrimack and a master's degree from Northeastern University in Boston.

The Worcester-based Committee to Elect Joe O'Brien hired ZOE MAGID as campaign coordinator. Magid previously worked on the mayor's initial campaign in 2009, Congressman Michael E. Capuano's 2009 U.S. Senate campaign, Congressman James McGovern's successful reelection campaign in 2010 and the Patrick-Murray 2010 gubernatorial campaign.

Worcester Community Action Council Inc. hired SURESH SHAH as director of finance. Shah previously worked at Superior Apparel Inc. in Fall River as controller and general manager.

KATHRYN GREEN, senior director of radiology services at UMass Memorial Medical Center, will chair the American Heart Association's Central Massachusetts Division Board of Directors. Green, a Holden resident, earned a management degree from University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Grafton-based Community Harvest Project Inc. hired KRISTIN BAFARO as executive director. She was previously executive director of Worcester-based CultureLEAP for two years. Bafaro has a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a master's from Clark University.

Citizens Bank hired JOHN RAGOZZINO of Northborough as a senior mortgage loan officer in its Worcester office. Ragozzino came to Citizens from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where he was a home mortgage consultant. For 10 years he owned and operated Mammoth Mortgage Co.

The Richmond Group, a construction management company based in Hopkinton, has hired JEFFREY NOLLET as a project superintendent, and MATTHEW FLETCHER and J. RYAN ST. MARTIN as assistant superintendents.

Davis Advertising of Worcester has hired RYAN F. MCENDARFER as an account coordinator and ERIKA C. SCOPINO as a copywriter. McEndarfer joins Davis after spending four years in the restaurant management industry. He lives in Ashby and graduated from Fitchburg State University with a degree in marketing. Prior to her work with Davis, Scopino was a public relations assistant for Jo Malone, an Estée Lauder company based in London. Scopino has a bachelor's degree in communication and culture from Clark University in Worcester and a master's from Harvard University in Boston. She lives in Arlington.

ALYSSA GIBBONS of Franklin has joined the customer service team at American Profit Recovery, based in Marlborough. She previously worked for Covidien, Verizon Wireless and Wines and More in customer service roles.

Worcester-based WICN Public Radio has hired GERRY WESTON as general manager. He formerly worked at Delmarva Public Radio in Salisbury, Md., where he was manager for four years. Weston served as president of Louisville Public Media in Kentucky for 12 years. He earned a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University.

Hopkinton-based TRG Builders has hired KEITH KERR as a project manager, DOUGLAS STAPELFELD as a project superintendent and MICHAEL O'NEILL as a working superintendent. Kerr has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In his new role, he will be overseeing projects for Genzyme and other clients. Stapelfeld has a bachelor's degree in industrial technology from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.

Oxford-based Hometown Bank has hired CHERYL A. BOSSÉ as Athol branch manager and DENISE M. FERNALD as branch manager at the bank's Lancaster location. Bossé was assistant treasurer at the Athol-Clinton Cooperative Bank before its merger with Hometown Bank earlier this year. She is a resident of Gardner. Fernald, resident of Lunenburg, has 30 years of banking experience.
