JOHN HART has been promoted to process development manager at North Brookfield-based Quabaug Corp. He will be responsible for the implementation of all new product launches in the company and act as the liaison between Quabaug’s development team and operations team.
KAREN ISAACSON recently took over as executive director of the Southborough Extended Day Program. Her previous experience includes serving as director of Textron Systems Children’s Center in Wilmington.
The Dunkin’ Donuts Independent Franchise Owners Association of Bellingham has added ASHEESH SETH, executive director of the Midwest Dunkin’ Donuts Franchise Association as a board member. Seth is also director of operations for Sterlite Software, a Chicago information technology company.
Mace Adhesives & Coatings Inc. of Dudley has promoted ERNEST S. GULLA to corporate president. Gulla has been with Mace for 21 years, including 10 as vice president. In his new role, he will manage the company’s day-to-day operations, including overseas marketing and the development of new green products.
MAUREEN L. SULLIVAN was appointed as partner at Smith, Sullivan & Co. PC, a women-owned and operated firm in Westborough. Sullivan joined Linda M. Smith PC in 2001. With Sullivan admitted as a partner, the firm became Smith, Sullivan & Co. PC. Sullivan manages small business and individual accounting and tax services and oversees the firm’s compliance with industry-wide standards. She also supervises the peer-review program.
The Westborough-based Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts has named ALEXANDRA HAJUDUK manager of its Falls Prevention and KEYS (Keep Every Youth Safe) programs. Hajuduk will lead the KEYS program presented to driver education students and the Falls Prevention program, which educates medical professionals and older adults about reducing the risk of falling and about the signs of brain injury. She previously served as research assistant at the University of Connecticut’s Department of Community Medicine & Health Care. She lives in Worcester.
Worcester’s Davis Advertising has hired a new copywriter, LISA MALO, and a media buyer, KELLY BELMONT. Malo, a Worcester native, previously helped sell costumes and props for an online and catalog Halloween retailer. Belmont has worked in advertising on both the sales and buying sides, including stints with Zenith Media and Leo Burnett/Starcom.
Provo Financial Services Inc. in Shrewsbury has hired BRIAN P. JETTE as a financial planner, while its affiliate, Athlete Advisory Services, has tapped HUGH ZEITLIN as director of commu-nications. Zeitlin will fill both the communications director role and the position of media coach for AAS.
TINA SIBLEY was hired by Oriol Health Care of Holden as a part of its admissions team. Sibley will serve as clinical liaison for Holden Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Holden and for Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston.
Clark University of Worcester has appointed DON HONEMAN as dean of admissions and financial aid. Most recently, Honeman was associate vice chancellor for enrollment management at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
Workers’ Credit Union of Fitchburg has named JANICE P. DOKLA assistant vice president and branch manager for its Water Tower Plaza branch located in Leominster. She previously held the position of regional manager for TD Banknorth’s New Hampshire office.
Fidelity Bank of Fitchburg named THOMAS R. ROSSI vice president, home loan specialist and financial designer. Rossi previously served as president of Gibraltar Mortgage Lending Services Inc. in Leominster.
Worcester-based Seven Hills Foundation announced that it has appointed STELLA GOLA as a vice president, responsible for the organization’s affiliate, Seven Hills Family Services Inc. Gola will assume all administrative oversight for what was previously known as the Homestead Group in Rhode Island.
WILLIAM J. FAY, a sixth-generation funeral director for Callahan and Fay Brothers Funeral Home in Worcester, was recently elected president of the Weymouth-based Massa-chusetts Funeral Directors Association.
International Computerware of Marlborough has promoted ALI BLISS to the position of vice president of business development and marketing. Bliss joined the company as an account manager more than three years ago.
