He may have a face for television, but former American Idol contestant John Stevens has a new gig on the radio at Worcester’s WICN. Stevens hosts the Thursday and Friday morning show “A Tasteful Blend” for the public radio jazz and folk station. Stevens finished sixth during American Idol’s third season. He graduated from Boston’s Berklee College of Music in 2009.

Alan Hunt has been named CFO of the Bancroft School in Worcester. He most recently served as CFO of the Miami Country Day School in Florida. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Joe Forgione was named senior vice president of business development and product management at Sepaton Inc. of Marlborough. He has held leadership roles at various firms, including a stint as CEO of MValent, which was acquired by Oracle last year, and Eprise, which went public and was acquired by Divine. He has a bachelor’s and MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and resides in North Grafton.

Holliston building contractor Colatonio Inc. has hired two new project managers, R. Andrew Roosa and Kimberly B. Joyce. Roosa is now overseeing WCVB Channel 5’s building envelop improvement program. He has worked in construction for 27 years, most recently as a project manager at Richard White Sons Inc. of Auburndale. In that job, he handled projects for Worcester Polytechnic Institute, MIT and Suffolk University. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Joyce is handling the MVRTA parking garage project in downtown Haverhill. She previously worked for The Richmond Group in Virginia, running renovation projects for biotech companies. She has worked in construction for 22 years in the industrial, hospitality, office and retail markets. Joyce has a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston.

Erin O’Neil Bradbury has opened a new law office in Holden. The Law Office of Erin Bradbury handles elder care issues, estate planning, guardianship and litigation. Bradbury serves on the boards of Elder Services of Worcester Area Inc. and the Center for Women in Enterprise, and she is a member of the Holden Recreation Committee. She also volunteers with Health Law Advocates, which helps individuals gain access to, and pay for, medical care. Bradbury has a bachelor’s degree from Smith College in Northampton and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. She lives in Holden.

Senate Construction Corp. of Shirley has made changes to its management structure, making Robert France chairman of the board and CEO, William Hamel president and COO and Brian Trickett safety director. France is the company founder and previously served as president. With the leadership shift, he will now focus on developing new clients and maintaining relations with current ones. Hamel has risen up the career ladder at Senate, from site superintendent to project manager and safety director. In his new position, he will handle company operations, including managing the staff. He will report to France. Trickett has worked for Senate since 2007. With a promotion from project manager to safety director he will take responsibility for working on safety issues, including coordinating with subcontractors, vendors and project superintendents. Trickett has worked in construction for more than 30 years, including time at Delphi Construction of Waltham and R.L. Jeannotte Inc. of Shirley.

Citizens Bank has hired Robert Franklin as mortgage sales manager for Western Massachusetts, including Worcester County. Franklin will work from a Worcester office, originating both conventional and government home loans. He has worked in the mortgage industry for 12 years, most recently as a vice president home loans manager at Bank of America Home Loans. Franklin has a bachelor’s from UMass-Dartmouth.

Avidia Bank is moving Patricia Maher-Harrington, formerly the market manager for its Leominster office, to become market manager in Shrewsbury. In her new position, Maher-Harrington will help expand the bank’s presence in the Shrewsbury area. Avidia has one branch in Shrewsbury. Maher-Harrington has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Assumption College in Worcester.

Dr. Arshia Siddiqui was named site chief of Fallon Clinic’s ReadyMED walk-in clinic in Shrewsbury. Siddiqui has a medical degree from Dow University of Health Sciences in Pakistan. She completed her residency at Wayne State University, Detroit Medical Center and earned a master’s in public health from Harvard. She previously worked for Partners Healthcare as a consultant.

The Auburn Visiting Nurse Association has hired Brett L. Campbell (Salmonson) as director of public relations and fund development, and its sister organization, Auburn VNA Extended Care Inc., has hired Tracey Mosher as operations manager. Mosher has worked in the home health-care industry for 10 years. Campbell is joining the VNA in a newly created position responsible for branding, marketing, communications, fundraising and special events. She previously worked at Harmon Home Health in Worcester, which closed in August.

Holliston-based industry association New England Water Works Association has elected David B. Paris as president for 2010-2011. Paris is the water supply administrator in Manchester, N.H. He is also involved in various local, regional and national professional groups. He serves on the international American Water Works Association’s water utility council and the water sector coordinating council of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Data storage company EMC Corp. of Hopkinton has hired Prasad Rampalli as senior vice president of global solutions. Rampalli worked at Intel for 27 years. In his new position, he will be responsible for global solution centers in the United States, Ireland, Switzerland, China and Singapore, as well as the company’s global integration and proof of concept teams. He will report to Executive Vice President Frank Hauck.

Bay State Savings Bank of Worcester has promoted Diane Giampa, Cheri E. Carty, Rosa M. Hernandez and Thomas J. Belton. Giampa was named senior vice president of human resources and marketing. She has worked for the bank since 1997. Carty is the bank’s new assistant vice president of the treasury. She started work at Bay State in 1992 and worked for Fleet Bank before that. Hernandez was promoted to bank secrecy officer and branch operations specialist. She has worked for the bank since 2003 and, before that, she was a branch supervisor at Banknorth (now TD Bank) in Worcester. Belton was promoted to vice president of information technology. He started work with the bank in 2001.
