STEVE CLARK was named director of government affairs for the Southborough-based Massachusetts Restaurant Association. He previously served as a legislative staffer in the Massachusetts State Senate. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a resident of Ashland.

The Seven Hills Foundation recently announced the appointment of DARLENE LABAIRE-DUGUAY of West Boylston as senior human resources generalist for the foundation and its clinical affiliates. LaBaire-Duguay has more than 10 years of experience in HR. Before joining Seven Hills, she worked for UNFI in Dayville, Conn., and Consolidated Container in Franklin, where she held the position of human resources manager. She will be responsible for the management of Seven Hills Foundation’s worker’s compensation program, unemployment compensation and related matters. 

The Worcester Executives Association has named new officers and board members. BRIAN WHITE of Pro-Tech Extermination Services Inc. was named president. He is past president of the Central Massachusetts Pest Management Association and has served as a board member, secretary and vice president of the Worcester Executives Association. JONATHAN KELLEY of Savers Bank was named vice president; MATTHEW PADOVANO of Clean Carpets and Upholstery was named secretary; and MITCH MACQUEEN of Timothy J. Harrington CPA was named treasurer. Serving their second year of a two-year term on the board of directors are: STEVE GILLIS of WXLO-FM radio and ALAN LOWE of Niman Paper Supply. Serving two-year terms from 2011-2012 are: ALEXANDRA BAVOSI of Enterprise Cleaning Corp., KANDI PERRY of Glacial Energy and PATRICK PERKINS of JEP Contracting.

ROBERT T. KALAGHER has retired from his position as president of Westborough-based Ross Mortgage Co. His son, Robert J. Kalagher, has taken over the role. The father and son founded the company in 2001. Ross Mortgage also announced the promotion of loan officer Mark DalBon to Leominster branch manager. In addition to Westborough and Leominster, Ross Mortgage has offices in Woburn and Salem, N.H.

Marlborough-based data protection platform company Sepaton has promoted MIKE THOMPSON to president and CEO, replacing MIKE WORHACH, who will remain with the company as vice chairman of the board of directors. Thompson, who joined Sepaton in July 2010 as executive vice president of worldwide sales and marketing, is the former president and CEO of Egenera Corp. Before joining Egenera, Thompson was senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing and a member of the board of directors at Stratus Technologies.

RICHARD HAYWARD JR. was named senior vice president and CFO/treasurer at Clinton Savings Bank. He previously served as vice president of finance at Marlborough-based Digital Federal Credit Union. He has a bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College in North Andover and is a resident of Bellingham.

MetroWest Medical Center has promoted REBECCA HEFFERNAN and STEPHANIE GUIDETTI. Heffernan’s new title is that of vice president of human resources at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham. A MetroWest employee for 31 years, Heffernan most recently served as director of human resources for the past 10 years at all MetroWest Medical Center locations. Guidetti was promoted to vice president of marketing. She is a registered nurse and has extensive experience in marketing, direct-response advertising and management.

Oxford-based Hometown Bank has promoted MICHAEL MAHLERT, DANIELLE BACHAND and TARESE MENARD. Mahlert has been promoted to senior vice president and senior loan officer. He joined Hometown in 2006 after being with Flagship Bank and Trust (now People’s United Bank) for more than five years. Bachand is the new assistant head teller at the Oxford branch. She joined Hometown Bank as a teller in 2008. Menard is the new customer service representative in the Oxford branch. She joined the bank as a teller in 2007.

Leominster-based TD Bank has nam-ed STEPHEN J. KOTSIOS a commercial portfolio loan officer. An assistant vice president, he is responsible for performing workout for customer loans and asset recovery. Kotsios has seven years of banking experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as portfolio collections manager at Zwicker and Associates in Andover.

Baystate Financial Services announced that CAITLIN A. DESOYE will be joining the firm as the director of financial planning. The addition of DeSoye comes after Baystate Financial joined forces with Strategic Financial Partners this past November. Both firms are affiliated with MetLife through New England Financial.
