JEFFREY NAYLOR, chief administrative officer and senior executive vice president of discount retailer The TJX Cos. Inc. of Framingham, is adding his previous title of chief financial officer. Naylor will keep his current responsibilities as well, and will continue reporting to President and CEO Carol Meyrowitz.

Framingham office supply giant Staples Inc. is shifting one of its senior executives, SHIRA GOODMAN, into a new role. Goodman, executive vice president of marketing, will become executive vice president of human resources on May 1, replacing Susan Hoyt, who is retiring. In her new role, Goodman will report to CEO and chairman Ron Sargent.

Overlook Visiting Nurse Association of Charlton has hired LORI PUCCETTI, formerly of Americare at Home in Shrewsbury, as clinical implementation manager. In her new role, Puccetti will oversee all clinical programs, including staff support and training. At Americare, Puccetti served as director of health care services, handling clinical and operational processes for three offices.

Sunshine Sign Co. of Grafton has promoted JARED J. FONTANA to technical sales consultant. Fontana previously worked as a project manager in the company’s production development and engineering division. In his new role, he will work with company clients in the hospital, banking, education, retail, hospitality and real estate industries.

The Fruitlands Museum in Harvard has promoted CFO TIM FIRMENT to the CEO chair. Firment replaces Maud V. Ayson in the position, which was formerly called executive director. Firment is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years in business and executive management, including at Pillsbury and PepsiCo.

Nyer Medical Group Inc., a Holliston holding company for pharmacy subsidiaries, has appointed SANDRA ZIMMERMAN as CFO. Zimmerman, a CPA, has more than 30 years of experience in financial oversight. Most recently she has run a consulting business serving mid-sized companies.

Framingham Co-operative Bank has appointed KURT K. BISCHOFF JR. senior vice president. In his new position, Bischoff will be responsible for deposit operations and information technology management. Bischoff previously worked for more than 10 years at South Shore Co-operative Bank, most recently as senior vice president of operations and information technology.

Hudson-based office furniture manufacturer AIS has hired MIKE ENGEBOSE as territory manager for the Pacific Northwest. In his new position, Engebose will implement sales strategies and lead business development efforts in Washington, Oregon and Vancouver, Canada.

P.J. Keating Co. of Lunenburg has announced promotions and new positions for ERIC LUNDBERG, DANIEL BRODEUR, MARK PILLSBURY, DAVID BAKER and LARRY ANDREWS. The stone and asphalt company promoted Lundberg to vice president and manager of commercial sales. Brodeur, a 16-year company veteran, is now the manager of environmental services. Pillsbury was appointed manager of southern construction operations; Baker is now manager of northern construction operations; and Andrews is manager of quality assurance and quality control.

The Hanover Insurance Group Inc. of Worcester has added HARRIETT TEE TAGGART to its board of directors. Taggart is an investment specialist who also serves on the boards of two NYSE-listed chemical manufacturing companies, Albemarle Corp. and The Lubrizol Corp. She also serves as a board member for nonprofit and professional organizations, including Reed College, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Planned Parenthood.

AUDREY HALL has been name general manager for public radio jazz and folk station WICN in Worcester. Her work experience includes founding of a strategy and marketing communications practice and more than 20 years as a media management professional in radio, advertising, broadcasting and cable television. 

Acton Mobile Media company Azuki Systems Inc. has formed an advisory board of industry leaders and chosen three inaugural members: JOHN BURRIS, MIKE BAKER and TODD MCCORMACK. Burris is the president of Silver Chalice New Media, a startup mobile and media company. Baker has spent more than 20 years working in digital media platforms. Most recently, he was vice president of Nokia and head of Nokia Interactive, the company’s mobile advertising unit. McCormack is a senior corporate vice president at IMG media, the media arm of sports and entertainment marketer IMG.
