RUI J. ARAUJO was named branch manager at ABC Supply Co. in Auburn. He was previously a district sales manager with Mastic/Alcoa. He is a resident of Rehoboth.

Gov. Deval Patrick has named MICHAEL ANGELINI to the Massachusetts Port Authority Board of Directors. Angelini is chairman of law firm Bowditch & Dewey of Worcester, where he has worked as a trial and business lawyer since 1968. He is a former director of the Mass Turnpike Authority and chairman of the Hanover Insurance Group Board of Directors.

STEVE JONES-D’AGOSTINO, who has served as coordinator for Worcester Local First since February 2008, is leaving that position to join Commonwealth Creative Associates, a Framingham-based marketing firm. Jones-D’Agostino will join the Worcester Local First steering committee and continue to produce the group’s weekly newsletter. D’Agostino’s career also includes a stint as editor of the Worcester Business Journal.

JULIE PINGITORE has been named marketing director at Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling of Worcester. Pingitore will be responsible for customer service and quality control initiatives along with sharing the company’s emergency mitigation, restoration and remodeling services with insurance agents, adjusters and property owners.

LAUREN STILLER RIKLEEN, a senior partner at the Worcester-based law firm of Bowditch & Dewey — has been named executive-in-residence at the Center for Work & Family at the Boston College Carroll School of Management. She will also be teaching as an adjunct at the law school. At Bowditch & Dewey, Rikleen co-founded and served as executive director of the Bowditch Institute for Women’s Success.

Shrewsbury-based Wellness Corp. named ALISON RUBIN as a student services consultant/account executive and AMANDA ANASTASIO as a senior marketing associate. Rubin brings 14 years of practical experience in secondary and higher education, as well as in academic advising and residence life. Anastasio brings experience in both marketing and clinical social work, with a bachelor’s from Boston University and a master’s in social work from Simmons College.

CHRISTOPHER CURRIE was named assistant vice president of Whitinsville-based UniBank for Savings. He was previously a branched manager at TD Bank in Framingham and a branch manager at Citizens Bank in Framingham. He has a bachelor’s degree from Salem State University and is a resident of Uxbridge.

The Training Associates of Westborough promoted BRADLEY MAYO to director of sales. Mayo will manage a multi-market team of client development specialists and account managers, growing existing business and seeking new accounts.

FEROL SMITH of Rochdale has been appointed director of the Easter Seals Assistive Technology Loan Program, which provides reduced-rate loans to help Massachusetts residents with disabilities acquire technology to increase their independence. In her new role, Smith will work to publicize the program. Smith also will oversee Easter Seals’ Long-Term Device Loan Program. Previously, Smith had been Easter Seals’ operations data manager for programs and services for four years.

KOLA A. AKINDELE of Worcester has joined the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester as community relations associate in the department of community and government relations. He joins UMMS from SBA Network Services, where he was counsel and a senior zoning specialist. Previously, he practiced law in Worcester.

TD Bank has promoted ROBERT W. HARVEY of Holden to regional vice president in commercial lending in Worcester. He is responsible for developing, retaining and expanding the bank’s commercial loan operations in Central Massachusetts, managing eight lenders and working closely with small business officers.

St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester appointed JACK P. CALARESO to the hospital’s board of trustees for a four-year term. Calareso is president of Anna Maria College in Paxton. He most recently served as president of Ohio Dominican University in Columbus and previously at Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa. Calareso has also served as a professor of theology and educational leadership and as a school superintendent, principal and teacher.

Natick-based BJ’s Wholesale Club Inc. announced that ROBERT W. EDDY, BJ’s senior vice president and director of finance, has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer. CORNEL CATUNA, BJ’s senior vice president of field operations, has been named executive vice president of club operations. Both changes were effective on Jan. 30. The company also announced the retirements of FRANK FORWARD, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and THOMAS F. GALLAGHER, executive vice president of club operations.

ADAM WAITKEVICH and GREG MARCHAND have both moved their practices to the independent firm of WB Smith Cos. of Grafton. Waitkevich, who is a certified financial planner, provides investment, financial and estate planning consulting services to families, professional athletes, and nonprofit organizations. He is also the principal and founder of Divorce Financial Solutions LLC with offices in Grafton and Waltham. Marchand comes to WB Smith with 21 years of industry experience in his field, which includes financial planning and insurance.

TD Bank of Leominster has promoted AMANDA R. CONSTANTINEAU to portfolio loan officer in the commercial workout department. She joined TD Bank in 2009 as a collection specialist. Prior to that, she served as a branch account executive at CitiFinancial in Chelmsford.

The Marlborough Economic Development Corp. added eight new members to its 25-member board: JOHN POLANOWICZ, Marlborough Hospital; MICHAEL MURPHY, Murphy Insurance Agency; JOHN PARSONS, Parsons Commercial Group; TONY GIROTI, Bridge Energy Group; DAVE WALTON, Marlborough Regional Chamber; KEVIN MALLOY, Lincoln Property Co.; MITCH GORKA, RE/MAX First Choice Real Estate; SUSAN HAGER, Qteros Inc.

Boxborough-based security platform provider Crossbeam Systems has appointed PHILLIP DUNKELBERGER to its board of directors. Dunkelberger is CEO of LNR Consulting. He serves on the TechNet CEO Cybersecurity Task Force, is a founding board member of the Cyber Security Industry Alliance and is chairman of the Cybersecurity CxO Council within TechAmerica.
