L. EMERSON TUTTLE was named director of institutional relationships at Marlborough-based Skinner Inc. He has a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a law degree from Suffolk University. He is a resident of Ipswich.
The Protector Group Insurance Agency Inc. of Worcester has hired FRANK GROSS as an account executive in its commercial lines division. Gross previously worked for Northwood Insurance Agency Inc. in Northborough as a sales producer and manager. In his new position, he is responsible for generating new business for the firm. Gross has a bachelor’s degree from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and a law degree from the New England School of Law in Boston. He lives in Shrewsbury.
PETER STILLMAN was named vice president of correctional services for Worcester-based Spectrum Health Systems Inc. Stillman has been a senior-level health-care manager for a quarter century. After a brief hiatus to work for an investment firm, he’s been hired by Spectrum. He has an MBA from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Mercedes Benz of Shrewsbury, formerly Wagner Mercedes Benz of Boylston, has hired GERRY STICKLES as a sales consultant. Stickles has worked in sales and marketing and, most recently, as a real estate agent with ERA Key Realty. The new location, on Route 9 in Shrewsbury, is also owned by the Wagner Motor Group.
RUSSELL ROMANDINI was named director of student administrative services of Becker College in Worcester. He previously served as director of student financial services at New England College in Henniker, N.H.
The Seven Hills Foundation of Worcester has appointed LAUREN KENDALL as its global outreach coordinator. In her new role, Kendall will manage Seven Hills’ worldwide outreach with partners in different countries. Before joining the organization, Kendall was an apprentice for the Earthlands Institute for Environmental Awareness in Petersham.
Gardner-based nonprofit RCAP Solutions has hired MELISSA INGERSON as a housing search specialist and KIMBERLY WILLIAMS as a case manager. Operating out of RCAP’s Worcester location, Ingerson will help find housing units for participants in a homelessness prevention program run by the Montachusett Opportunity Council. Williams, who also works from RCAP’s Worcester office, coordinates the delivery of services to participants in RCAP programs, including working with other service providers and documenting clients’ progress. Williams previously worked as supervising intake coordinator at the Henry Lee Willis Center in Worcester.
Girard Financial Group of Millbury has hired THOMAS VALENTINE JR. as a vice president and financial consultant. Valentine has worked for FMG Financial Services and AspenCross Financial Group. He serves on the board of directors for the Worcester-based Why Me? organization. He has a bachelor’s degree in financial management from the University of Franklin Pierce in Rindge, N.H.
West Springfield-based United Bank has hired JANE F. CULLEN as senior vice president of business services, with responsibility for the bank’s Worcester and Springfield regions, and promoted JANE W. LORANGER to commercial banking officer in the Worcester region. Cullen’s newly created position gives her responsibility for the bank’s cash management products and services and for developing new products and services for corporate clients. Loranger’s new position makes her part of the bank’s commercial lending team, reporting to Carl Bindoo, senior vice president of commercial lending. Loranger joined Commonwealth National Bank in Worcester in 2007 and became a United Bank employee in 2009 after the two banks merged. Previously, she was an accounts receivable accountant for Sepracor in Marlborough and, before that, she held various positions at OVO USA LLC in Hopkinton.
Savers Bank of Southbridge has appointed new board members Joseph A. Coderre, MICHAEL J. COVE and DANIEL J. FINN. Finn is a pharmacy manager at Target Pharmacy in Millbury. He is also an associate instructor at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Worcester. Cove is an insurance agent with Cove Insurance Agency in Uxbridge. He is a member of the Uxbridge Business Association, the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Uxbridge Historical Society. Coderre is senior vice president and CFO of Savers Bank, where he has worked since 1985. He is also a member of the Harrington Hospital board, past president of the Tri-Community YMCA and foundation chair of the Southbridge Rotary Club.
Worcester and Athol CPA firm P.L. Jones & Associates PC has hired KELLY E. RICHARDS as a staff accountant. In her new position, Richards will handle audits, reviews and tax returns. Richards previously worked as a staff accountant at Larson Allen LLP. Her experience includes handling accounting for nonprofits, nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
