AdCare Hospital in Worcester appointed Dr. ROMAS BUIVYDAS to vice president of clinical services. His responsibilities will include overseeing the inpatient clinical program. Dr. Buivydas previously worked as vice president of development and compliance for Spotlyte Health in Philadelphia and holds a PhD in clinical counseling from St. James University and a master’s in applied psychology and behavioral medicine from Boston University.
MONICA DRUMMOND has joined the ERA Key Spencer office as a Realtor. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State University and previously was a Realtor with EXIT Real Estate Executives and an executive assistant at Orthopedics Rhode Island.
ERA Key announced the addition of BERNADETTE SYPPKO to its Marlborough office as a Realtor. Syppko, who works as a retail merchandiser for Hallmark, attended Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester and previously worked as a contract facilitator for the U.S. Postal Service for more than 33 years.
Savers Bank in Southbridge hired ANDREW PHILBROOK as assistant vice president and residential lending specialist. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Worcester State University and previously worked as an assistant vice president and senior market manager at Cornerstone Bank in Worcester. Philbrook will be responsible for growing the residential loan portfolio by generating new business and providing refinancing opportunities.
Workers Credit Union in Littleton promoted two executives: CHRIS SANTILLO, vice president of wealth management, and JOHAN ROMERO LUNA, vice president of the Workers Way. Santillo will lead the relationship banking and investment division. He previously served as vice president of relationship banking and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Framingham State University. Romero Luna will be responsible for ensuring the credit union’s commitment to financial wellness. He previously served as an assistant vice president and area manager and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo.
Harrington HealthCare System in Southbridge named Dr. SARAH DAIGLE as medical director of the Wound Care Center at Harrington. She will lead the center, which provides treatment for non-healing and chronic wounds. Daigle previously worked at the Harrington Physicians Services orthopedic practice, specializing in foot & ankle treatment.
Lighthouse Biz Solutions, a subsidiary of GFA Federal Credit Union in Gardner, promoted JULIE BOUDREAU to vice president and Bank Secrecy Act officer. Julie started as a part-time teller and worked as an audit clerk, risk management analyst, and assistant vice president/BSA analyst over her 12 years with the company.
ODILE SMITH joined Bristol Myers Squibb as the new general manager of the Devens Process Development and Manufacturing site where she will lead operations. Smith previously served as head of biologics manufacturing at Sanofi Pasteur in France. She holds a PhD in medicinal chemistry from the University Louis Pasteur in France and a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from the École Européenne des Hautes Études des Industries Chimiques de Strasbourg.
Rollstone Bank & Trust of Fitchburg promoted four employees: MARY BETH JOKELA to senior vice president of bank administration and Community Reinvestment Act officer, MARC GRAVELLE to vice president of learning and product banking development, LISA FALANDYS to vice president and bank manager, and MATTHEW SMITH to assistant vice president of wealth management and trust services.

She has worked at Millbury Savings Bank and later bankHometown following its merger in 2017 as a personal banker.
