Leominster Credit Union elected its board of directors for 2024-2025. MICHAEL SAUVAGEAU was appointed chairman. Sauvageau has been on the board since 2007 and serves on the credit union’s executive committee. JOYCE LEGER was elected to assistant chair and serves on the executive committee, compensation committee, and associate director steering committee. ROBERT DELLECHIAIE was appointed treasurer and serves on the executive, audit, and associate director steering committees. GUILIO GRECO was named the assistant treasurer and has served on the board since 1978. Greco serves on the executive, investment, audit, and compensation committees. JOSEPH QUINTAL will serve as the clerk and has been on the board since 2006. Quintal serves on the executive, audit, compensation, and associate director steering committees. The officers will join board members Richard Sheppard, Marc Dohan, and John Reedy.
Fidelity Bank in Lemonister appointed TOWMA RASTAD as its first community engagement manager. Rastad will oversee the bank’s overall community relations activities, including sponsorships, volunteerism, events, partnerships, and other community programs. She previously served as co-director of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce. She is involved with the Rotary Club of Framingham, MetroWest Boston Visitors Bureau, and the Framingham Center Common Cultural District. She is a graduate of Leadership MetroWest class of 2023.
THOMAS BARTHOLOMEW, president and CEO of Worcester-based financial services provider Bartholomew & Co., has been named one of Barron’s top 1,200 financial advisors for 2024. This marks Bartholomew’s 11th consecutive year being featured on the financial publication’s annual list of the nation's best financial advisors.
The Worcester Education Collaborative has named three new members of its board of directors. The new board members include LIZ HARNOIS, director of employee engagement and communications at Digital Federal Credit Union based in Marlborough; MELANIE BONSU, community relations manager at Saint-Gobain Abrasives in Worcester; and THERESA LYNN, CEO at Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts, co-headquartered in Holyoke and Worcester.
Worcester law firm Mirick O’Connell has elected two attorneys to partner status. In his new role as partner in the labor, employment, and employee benefits group, BRIAN CASACELI represents employers in Massachusetts federal and state courts and before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Casaceli earned his bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College in Easton and his juris doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. SPENCER HOLLAND has assumed the role of partner in the firm’s real estate and environmental law group and the public and municipal law group, representing clients buying, selling, financing, and leasing commercial real estate. Holland earned his bachelor’s degree from Bates College in Maine and his juris doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
JORDAN MANZOTTI has joined Franklin Family Practice, a member of Milford Regional Physician Group, as the practice’s new family nurse practitioner. Most recently, Manzotti worked as an office nurse for MRPG affiliate, Milford Regional Urogynecology. Prior to her MRPG roles, she served as a registered nurse on the telemetry unit at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge. Manzotti earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from University of New England in Maine and her master’s degree in nursing from Simmons University in Boston.
