JENNIFER DiFRANCO has been named director of development at Worcester Academy, effective Aug. 1. DiFranco, a current Worcester Academy parent and Sutton resident, joins the school from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, where she has been a leading higher educational advancement professional for the past 18 years. Before that, she worked at Boston College and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. DiFranco is a graduate of Holy Cross.
SLOANE PERRON is now manager of marketing communications at Anna Maria College in Paxton. In her newly created role, Perron will report to the college’s vice president for external relations. An alumna of Anna Maria College, Perron previously worked as a staff writer for the Worcester Business Journal and as editor of Pulse Magazine in Worcester. She freelances for Spectrum News and has also written for publications like This Week in Worcester, The Quaboag Current, The Tantasqua Town Common, The Worcester Sun, and Irish publications like the Limerick Leader and Limerick Voice. In addition to her degree from Anna Maria, Perron holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Limerick in Ireland.
CROWLEY
MICHAEL CROWLEY is now vice president for enrollment management at Nichols College in Dudley. He will join the cabinet of college President Glenn Sulmasy. Crowley served as senior vice president for enrollment at Suffolk University in Boston from 2015 to 2017 and was vice president/senior consultant for enrollment management at enrollment management consultant Ruffalo Noel Levitz in Iowa from 2003 to 2015. More recently, he was vice president of outreach/director of Northeast sales at ZeeMee of California and an enrollment solutions consultant at Capture Higher Ed of Kentucky. He lives in Westborough and holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University in New York City.
MADISON
JARED MADISON has joined Worcester law firm Mirick O’Connell as an associate in the trusts and estates group. Madison, who received his juris doctorate from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, focuses his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate litigation matters. Previously, Madison worked as an assistant city solicitor for the City of Worcester, where he represented the City in a wide variety of litigation matters in state and federal court, as well as administrative agencies. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and for New Hampshire.
MOULTON
STACIE MOULTON is now vice president, compliance manager at Cornerstone Bank in Worcester. Moulton holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Nichols College, and began her career at SpencerBANK – now Cornerstone Bank – where she held multiple operational positions. She then worked at Bay State Savings Bank in Worcester, where she worked her way up to compliance officer before returning to SpencerBANK as a compliance manager. In 2020, she was promoted to an assistant vice president position.
VICTORIA STULLER is now a Realtor in the Spencer office of ERA Key Realty Services. Stuller, a Charlton resident, has 16 years of sales experience, as well as several years in the hospitality industry. She holds an associate’s degree in psychology from Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester.
David Sullivan, Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce
DAVID SULLIVAN has been promoted to director of economic development and business recruitment at the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce. Sullivan started at the chamber as a work-study intern before working up to a full-time associate position last year. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science and his master’s degree in public administration from Clark University in Worcester.
MUNAR
ANDREA MUNAR is the new principal of the Nativity School of Worcester. A key leader at the school for eight years, Munar was most recently the assistant principal and sixth grade lead teacher. In her new role, she will lead the school’s academic program. Munar is a graduate of St. Michael’s College in Vermont, where she double majored in psychology and English. She has a master’s degree in teaching with a focus in urban education from Clark University and a master’s in educational leadership and policy from Boston College.
SWIDERSKI
MICHELLE SWIDERSKI has been promoted to customer relationship officer at Bay State Savings Bank’s 275 Mill St. location in Worcester. She will manage the day-to-day operations at the branch while continuing to provide personal service to customers. She joined the bank in 2012 as a teller and was promoted to assistant branch manager in 2018. Swiderski holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and lives in Leicester with her husband and two daughters.
CAROL JACOBSON is now director of communications and events at Reliant Foundation, an independent public charity in Worcester. Since 2018, Jacobson has worked at the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce as executive director. She previously worked at Reliant Foundation between 2017 and 2018.
KEN MULRY is now vice president/Bank Secrecy Act and compliance officer at GFA Federal Credit Union in Gardner. He has more than 25 years of experience, including branch management, and knowledge in fraud protection and financial crime investigation. He is a graduate of Nichols College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
GINNY CROSSE is now a family nurse practitioner at UMass Memorial Health – Harrington. Crosse, who has more than 10 years of experience in the practice, previously worked as a nurse care manager at UMass Memorial – Harrington Hospital and Fallon Health’s NaviCare, and as a registered nurse at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. ALEKSANDRA ALWASH has also joined UMass Memorial Health – Harrington as a family nurse practitioner. She served as a registered nurse case manager at JHC HomeCare by Jewish Healthcare Center in Worcester, and she is fluent in both English and Polish.
DAVID POTTLE has been appointed assistant vault manager at Discern’d Cannabis Purveyors in Grafton. Previously, Pottle held positions such as floor captain, shift lead, and inventory lead at other dispensaries, where he managed inventory, stocked product, tracked product intake and movement, oversaw employees, and reconciled deposits and inventory discrepancies. At Discern’d, Pottle will ensure compliance with all inventory-related procedures and regulations. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire.
