MATTHEW SANTURRI has joined ERA Key Realty Services’ Whitinsville office as a Realtor. Santurri also serves as a sales representative for Cintas Facility Services in Cumberland, Rhode Island. He is a native of Northbridge.Â

GFA Federal Credit Union in Gardner announced two new promotions. CHRISTAL BROWN, who has been with the credit union for three years, was promoted to vice president, director of marketing. In her three years at GFA, Brown has launched new deposit products, loan campaigns, community education initiatives, and enhanced the credit union’s digital marketing presence. She led its membership outreach and information events during the pandemic and oversaw its digitizing of government and support loan program applications. She holds an MBA in marketing and new media design from Southern New Hampshire University. BRIAN RUMANOWSKI has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial lender at GFA. He has been with the credit union since 2018, starting as a commercial credit administrator before growing to a credit analyst in 2019 and commercial lender in 2021. He led GFA’s COVID business support team in 2020, assisting hundreds of businesses as they navigated relief programs. He has a strong knowledge of cannabis banking. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Westfield State University.Â

ADAM JACOBS is now a partner in the business group at law firm Mirick O’Connell, which has offices in Worcester, Westborough, and Boston. Jacobs has more than 30 years of experience in corporate law, and provides business and corporate counsel to businesses, enterprises, executives, entrepreneurs, ventures, and institutions in all phases of development. He has closed hundreds of business transactions – including several mergers and acquisitions – and joins Mirick O’Connell from Wilchins, Cosentino & Novins, LLP in Wellesley. Jacobs previously served as general counsel to United Site Services, a private equity portfolio company with operations in more than 30 states.
