The Quinsigamond Community College Foundation in Worcester has added five new members to its board of directors who will work to offer accessible and high-quality education at QCC through scholarships, programs and community partnerships. ERA Key Realty Services has hired NAHUM CRUZ and MEREDITH LEWIS as realtors at the Whitinsville-based real estate firm. Cruz is an associate banker at JPMorgan Chase in Sudbury. He graduated with his bachelor’s degree from Worcester State University. Lewis comes to ERA Key having most recently served as a mortgage consultant at HUNT Mortgage’s Worcester office. Before that position, she worked as a senior loan officer for BayCoast Mortgage in Auburn, Reliant Mortgage in Westborough, and at Citizens Bank in Providence.

Gaudreau brings more than 30 years of experience to her new role in which she will interface with clients to provide business and cash management solutions in addition to growth optimization and fraud reduction services. Gaudreau most recently worked as senior regional business manager at Lowell-based Enterprise Bank.

In his new role, Conveney will leverage his nearly 13 years of banking experience to create and oversee commercial loan portfolios while fostering business relationships. He is a graduate of UMass Amherst, where he earned his bachelor's degree in resource economics.
JOHN HAYESJOHN HAYES has been hired as the vice president for advancement at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. Hayes comes to Holy Cross from his role as vice chancellor for advancement and chief advancement officer at UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester, a position he has held for the past 10 years. Hayes is a 1991 alumnus of Holy Cross and earned his MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in Wellesley.

Spectrum Health Systems in Worcester has named two employees to executive roles. SANDRA BEATTY has been promoted to regional executive director for Spectrum’s Central Massachusetts region. In her new role, she will manage operations and strategy for all of the area’s outpatient programs. Beatty has been with Spectrum for 20 years, having joined the system in 2005 as a clinician. CORINNE WIGINGTON has been named executive director of quality improvement. She comes to Spectrum from her most recent role as associate director for evaluation at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
