MARA EISENHARDT has joined ERA Key Realty Services in Marlborough as a Realtor. Eisenhardt is a construction technology specialist at Commodore Builders, a construction management firm in Waltham, and previously worked as a CAD drafter. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Boston Architectural College.

KEVIN OUTLAND

Cornerstone Bank has added KEVIN OUTLAND to its Capstone Planning Group as a financial consultant. Outland was previously at Citizens Securities in Dedham, where he was responsible for fostering client financial goals. Outland holds numerous securities licenses, including the Series 66 Investment Advisor License.

Leominster Credit Union has added MICHAEL HAWKES as vice president of commercial lending. Hawkes was previously vice president, commercial loan officer at Franklin Savings Bank in New Hampshire and is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley.

bankHometown in Oxford has hired MEENAKSHI SHARMA to serve as branch manager for its Lancaster location. Sharma was most recently relationship banker at Auburn-based Webster Five and previously worked at Santander Bank and Commerce Bank of Worcester.

DAVID OLIVA has been selected as a 2023 Demand Gen Report B2B innovator, one of 13 to win a B2B innovator award. Oliva won the SMB Maestro award for experts who lead small and midsize business marketing teams and drive successful business growth. Oliva is general manager of Berlin-based Organomation.

JANE SEYMOUR

Marlborough nonprofit Thrive Support & Advocacy has added three new members to its board of directors. Joining the board are new members CHRISTINE MARIANO, vice president and director of engineered materials at International Ceramic Engineering in Worcester, JANE SEYMOUR, vice president, program development and integration manager in Northborough for Bank of America, and RALPH TRICOMI, director of market development for Web Industries in Marlborough.

KAREN DUBY, vice president of behavioral health at Worcester nonprofit Open Sky Community Services, has been named to the Massachusetts Institute for Community Health Leadership 2023-2024 class, a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation initiative. The 18 health professionals selected for the cohort will work to advance their leadership skills, collaborate on health equity, and enhance their organizations’ profiles.

KRISTINE MALONEY, based in Worcester, has been promoted to vice president at TVP Communications in Colorado. At the higher education communications firm, she will be responsible for leading the development of strategic media relations. Maloney was previously director of national communications and media relations at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. She holds a master’s degree from Clark University in Worcester and a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College in Easton.

JENNIE BLAKE

The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts in Worcester has promoted JENNIE BLAKE to vice president for programs. Blake will be responsible for strategic grantmaking planning as well as assisting grant applicants. She was previously program officer at the foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree from Georgia State University.

DIANA CASAVECCHIA

DIANA CASAVECCHIA has been named convention center sales manager at the DCU Center in Worcester, which is operated by ASM Global. Casavecchia will be responsible for promoting use of the venue and fostering relationships. She was most recently director of sales at events at Mechanics Hall in Worcester and has been an adjunct professor at Quinsigamond Community College.

The Heart of New England Council of Boy Scouts of America has honored RICHARD LAPIDUS and BARBARA MAHONEY with distinguished citizen awards for positive impact on their communities over their careers. Mahoney is president and CEO of Leominster Credit Union, and Lapidus is president of Fitchburg State University.

LUCAS SANTOS, manager of the McDonald's location at 1190 Providence Road in Whitinsville, is the recipient of a Ray Kroc Award. The award from the McDonald’s Corp. recognizes the top 1% of McDonald’s restaurant managers globally. Santos began as a crew member at the location in 2018 and is one of 395 recipients of the award internationally.

JAY CORREIA

Cornerstone Bank in Worcester has added two new vice president mortgage loan officers. RICK RENAUD, based in Worcester, and JAY CORREIA, based in Westborough, were both previously employed by the bank and will now transition into leadership roles.

The statewide Association for Developmental Disabilities Providers, based in Framingham, has recognized JESSICA PEPPLE and STEPHEN OSEI-BONSU for their work promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Osei-Bonsu is director of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at Open Sky Community Services in Worcester, and Pepple is chief diversity and culture Officer at RFK Community Alliance in Lancaster.

Worcester-based Bartholomew & Co. President and CEO THOMAS BARTHOLOMEW has been named to Barron’s list of Top 100 Independent Advisors for 2023. The news media organization, published by Dow Jones & Co., highlights the nation’s best wealth managers with the list each year. This is the fourth consecutive year Bartholomew has made the list.
