KATHRIN DOYLE ARENA has been promoted to vice president of human resources at Web Industries, Inc. in Marlborough. In her new role, Arena will focus on fostering the company’s employee-owner culture, helping to sustain and grow Web Industries in the U.S. and around the world. She has been with the company since 2016 when she started as corporate human resources manager. She was promoted within a year to senior director of human resources. 

Dr. BRENDAN KIERNAN has joined Milford Regional Physician Group’s orthopedics practice, seeing patients at Milford Regional Orthopedics & Sports Medicine at 98 Prospect St. in Milford. He joins the group from University of California, Davis, where he completed a fellowship in adult joint reconstruction. After graduating from Fordham University with a bachelor’s degree, Kiernan worked for a year in international humanitarian efforts to aid underserved communities in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo. He earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and holds a master’s degree in physiology and biophysics from Georgetown. 

Dr. JAMES TASCH

Dr. JAMES TASCH has joined Reliant Medical Group’s department of pulmonology and is welcoming new patients at 123 Summer St. in Worcester. Tasch received his medical degree from Kansas City University, and completed an internship and residency at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, New York, and at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston. 

Dr. SUBHASH PAUDEL

Dr. SUBHASH PAUDEL has joined Reliant Medical Group’s department of nephrology. He did his internship and residency at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester and his nephrology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He received his medical degree at Tribhuvan University in Nepal. Paudel is now seeing patients at 123 Summer St. in Worcester.

ANDREW BEAUVAIS has been appointed vice president and manager of the Fidelity Bank Winchendon Banking Center. He joins the Leominster-based bank from Workers Credit Union in Littleton, where he was assistant vice president and financial wellness coach at its Townsend location. In his new role, he will oversee the LifeDesign banking approach at the Winchendon Banking Center and care for Fidelity clients.

Dr. ELIZABETH SIRACO, medical director at Milford Regional Physician Group, has been recognized by Mass General Brigham for her outstanding leadership in primary care. Siraco was selected among 100 nominations by her colleagues as a superior visionary and exceptional team member. Her leadership was especially felt during the COVID-19 pandemic, when she worked tirelessly to be sure the physician group was well-poised to deliver quality care to patients while keeping everyone safe. She received her bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College, and she got her medical degree from UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester. Siraco lives in Hopkinton with her husband, Steve, and is the mother of two adult children. 

MICHAEL CRISTO has joined ERA Key Realty’s Spencer office as a Realtor. Cristo previously served as a project manager for Traffic Systems Co. Inc., a Worcester-based electronic controls company. He lives in Charlton. 

TIFFANY RUIZ

TIFFANY RUIZ has joined Bay State Savings Bank as the branch manager of the 275 Mill St. location in Worcester. She has more than 22 years of banking experience, including at both TD Bank and Santander Bank. Before joining Bay State, Ruiz worked as the sales finance and insurance manager for Harr Motor Co. in Worcester. She lives in Shrewsbury.

Littleton-based Workers Credit Union has promoted CAROLINE SANTANGELO to senior vice president of marketing and product performance. Santangelo, who was promoted from the position of vice president of marketing, will drive the performance of products by furthering the credit union’s understanding of member wants and needs and strengthening member relationships and engagement, in addition to her previous duties of raising awareness of Workers. She previously held marketing and analytical leadership roles at national insurer Liberty Mutual, Boston WGBH radio, and Arkwright Mutual Insurance Co. in Connecticut.
