BECKY KOZODOY has been named director of quality control and regulatory affairs at Beacon MedTech Solutions in Leominster. Kozodoy will be responsible for streamlining the quality management system and managing processes for customers. Previously, she held the position of quality manager at Phillips-Medisize of Wisconsin. Kozodoy received her bachelor’s degree in physics as well as her master’s degree and doctorate in ceramic engineering from Rutgers University in New Jersey.

Ascentria Care Alliance in Worcester has added GARY O’NEIL as the organization’s first senior vice president of human development. He is tasked with the development of a new division to offer social supports and a professional growth infrastructure for staff and clients. Most recently, O’Neil was president and board chair of the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children in Newton as well as senior vice president, employee engagement. He holds a master's degree of education in counseling psychology from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and earned his bachelor's degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.

bankHometown in Oxford has promoted SHARON MAHLERT to senior vice president, retail banking officer, and DONNA DAIGLE, TINA PUZO, and MARIA THOMAS to the newly created roles of vice president, regional branch manager. Mahlert was most recently vice president of the bank’s learning and development department, and she will be responsible for oversight of the bank’s 16 branches across Central Massachusetts and Northeast Connecticut. Daigle currently oversees the bank’s Sack Boulevard office in Leominster, and in this new role she will take on supervisory responsibilities for the bank’s two Worcester offices as well as its Lancaster and Athol offices. Puzo will add supervisory responsibility for the bank’s two Webster offices as well as its Millbury, Oxford, and Sturbridge offices to her current role managing the Southbridge St. office in Auburn, and Thomas will expand her leadership in the bank’s Connecticut offices.

IC Credit Union in Fitchburg has promoted NELIA MCMAHON to senior vice president, finance and controller, and JURGIS BALIULIS and BETH SLATTERY to assistant vice president, solutions manager. McMahon will be part of the executive team and work on strategic initiatives while also overseeing its finance and accounting functions. Baliulis and Slattery will expand their support, development, and mentorship for the service team at the Fitchburg and Leominster locations, respectively.

LESLY MURRAY has been promoted to senior vice president, director of business banking services at Fidelity Bank in Leominster. In this role, she will oversee cash management and commercial deposit portfolios, and she will develop strategic initiatives for growth. Murray was previously senior vice president, head of commercial deposit product management at People’s United Bank in Belmont. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bentley University in Waltham and an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley.

CHRISTOPHER SANTILLO has joined Hanscom Federal Credit Union in Littleton as senior vice president of relationship banking. He was previously vice president of wealth management at Workers Credit Union, also in Littleton. In this role, Santillo will be responsible for member experience and development of new processes to identify and cultivate relationships with high net-worth credit union members. Santillo is a graduate of Framingham State University.

Cunningham Equities in Worcester has promoted XALEY YOUSEY to project manager and ALI SOBOH to property manager. Yousey was previously assistant project manager and now will be responsible for overseeing the renovation of historic properties as a preservationist. She is a graduate of Harvard College. Soboh was most recently a property maintenance technician at Cunningham, and in his new role will be responsible for working directly with clients at properties and tailoring tenant experience.
