Four practitioners have joined UMass Memorial Medical Group. Based at UMass Memorial Medical Center – University and Memorial campuses in Worcester are Dr. LINDSEY BAZZONE, a pulmonologist who earned her medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and completed her fellowship at UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester;
Dr. TRACIE GOODNESS, a psychologist who trained at Boston University; and Dr. RYAN QUARLES, a hospitalist who earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Roseau, Dominica.Quarles completed his internal medicine residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, and also will be affiliated with UMass Memorial Health – Marlborough Campus. Dr. ADIB KARAM is affiliated with the UMass Memorial campuses in Worcester, Marlborough, Clinton, and Leominster. He is a radiologist and received his degree from University-Faculty of Medical Sciences in Beirut, Lebanon and residency training at American University of Beirut Medical Center.
TOM MATTHEWS has been named media and public relations administrator for the City of Worcester. Matthews was previously a reporter at MassLive and worked on the media team for the Worcester Railers Hockey Club and Niche Hospitality Group in Worcester. Matthews earned his degree from Clark University in Worcester.
RYAN FLEMING has joined Tighe & Bond, which has an office in Worcester, as a principal engineer and technical director. Fleming will be a part of the water business line and will work from the Middletown, Connecticut, office to assist in addressing water quality and treatment issues across the Northeast. Fleming worked most recently as a consultant, before which he was director of water quality for Connecticut Water Co. Fleming earned degrees from Colorado State University and Cornell University.
