The Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts in Fitchburg added three members to its board of trustees: ALICE VON LOESECKE, JANET CHAMBERS, and PHILIP RICHARDS. Von Loesecke is a healthcare consultant. She served on the Select Board of the Town of Harvard. Chambers is a retired accounting professional from North Central Massachusetts, who spent more than four decades as an entrepreneur and financial advisor. Richards has spent 14 years in senior management at IC Federal Credit Union in and is a board member of the United Way of North Central Massachusetts.

JENNIFER LEDOUX

JENNIFER LEDOUX was promoted to senior vice president, director of risk and compliance at Fidelity Bank in Leominster. In this role, she will oversee all the aspects of risk management and compliance for the bank, including security, third-party risk, the Bank Secrecy Act, and fraud. Ledoux, who has worked at Fidelity Bank for seven years, previously served in the role of senior vice president, senior risk and compliance officer. A resident of Fitchburg, she is a graduate of St. Bernard’s High School in Fitchburg and attended Fitchburg State University.

JENNIFER STONE

Fidelity Bank also named JENNIFER STONE as its new vice president, compliance officer. In this role, she will be responsible for administering the bank’s compliance management program, including compliance reviews and audits, and identifying new and changing federal and state laws and regulations to maintain compliance on the bank’s policies and procedures. Stone has worked at Fidelity Bank for nine years, most recently serving as vice president, lending compliance and quality control officer. A resident of Westminster, she earned a master’s degree in business ethics and compliance from the New England College of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Castleton University in Vermont.

TODD WOOD

IC Credit Union in Fitchburg has expanded its team by hiring TODD WOOD and HEATHER MUNGOVAN. Wood, a seasoned professional in retail management and digital strategy with extensive experience at Avidia Bank in Hudson and FIS Global in Jacksonville, has joined IC as assistant vice president of digital banking. Mungovan has been named assistant vice president of deposit operations. She previously worked at Cornerstone Bank in Southbridge, UniBank in Whitinsville, and Bay State Savings Bank in Worcester. Mungovan is charged with ensuring the seamless operation of digital channels and product administration on the operations side, guaranteeing features and functionality consistently meet members' expectations.

JUSTIN BRZOSTOWSKI

AIS, a manufacturer of commercial office furniture located in Leominster, promoted four of its sales professionals. JUSTIN BRZOSTOWSKI was promoted to vice president of the Northeast. In his new role, Brzostowski will oversee all territory managers and showrooms in the New York and New Jersey markets. ANTHONY HEIM was promoted to the position of director of the Southeast, increasing his territory from the Carolinas to now include oversight of the Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida markets. Heim has been with AIS for the past five and a half years and leads several company initiatives. An AIS veteran of 14 years, CHELSEA SNOW was promoted to senior territory manager for the New England region, where she has had responsibility for the oversight of dealers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, including some of the largest dealers in the company’s home territory. MODESTO MONTEMAYOR was promoted to senior territory manager in South Florida, where he oversees the Caribbean and Mexico and will help territory managers to grow their regions.
