LEE

CHRISTINA BAZELMANS, SEAN BRENNAN, PETER CARUSO JR., CHRISTOPHER LEE, and MICHAEL OLDAKOWSKI have joined the board of directors at Lamoureux Pagano Associates | Architects. They join the existing board as shareholders and associate principals of the Worcester-based firm and will take on specific responsibilities in practice sectors including sustainability, business development, and mentorship programming. Each will continue their primary work in project development at the firm.

SEAMAN

DANIEL SEAMAN has been promoted to tax partner at AAFCPAs in Westborough. Seaman, a certified public accountant, has been with AAFCPAs for 15 years and specializes in providing strategic tax planning and compliance solutions. Seaman is a graduate of Fitchburg State University and works with AAFCPAs multi-disciplinary team to facilitate positive outcomes for clients in financial planning and tax.

PASKELL

KENDRA PASKELL has been promoted to vice president of operations at Fidelity Bank in Leominster. She previously managed loan compliance for the bank and joined the operations team in 2021. Paskell will be responsible for operational and transactional activities, including fraud control and staff development.

JILL JOHNSON has switched roles at ERA Key Realty Services to become a Realtor in the Whitinsville office. Johnson worked previously at ERA Key as an administrative assistant and transaction coordinator. Prior to that, Johnson worked for Human Resource Management Co. in Milford. She earned an associates degree in business from Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, as well as a medical certificate.

TONY RAKIC has been promoted to executive vice president and chief lending officer at Rollstone Bank and Trust of Fitchburg. Previously, he was the senior vice president of commercial lending at Rollstone and now replaces the former executive vice president who is retiring after 17 years at the bank. Rakic earned his MBA from Clark University in Worcester and received his undergraduate degree from Worcester State University.

MAYDEE MORALES has joined the Worcester Community Action Council, Inc. to lead the resiliency center. Morales previously served as the director of social services for Catholic Charities of Worcester County, and before worked at Centro, Friendly House, and Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center. At the resiliency center, Morales will help clients using the agency’s services on the path to self-sufficiency.

JOHN CAYER, who owns Premier Auto Repair in Worcester, was named a Ratchet+Wrench All-Star for 2022. Cayer redesigned his autoshop’s operations and created new hiring and training initiatives in the effort to reach $1 million in revenue in a year, which it surpassed with a total revenue of $1.18 million. As part of the award from the auto care magazine, Cayer was able to select the Worcester nonprofit Why Me to receive a donation of $3,350.

Dr. DIANA IMMENHAUSEN has joined UMass Memorial Health’s family medicine practice in Sturbridge. Before joining UMass’s physician services, Immenhausen was an attending physician at Stony Brook Family Medicine in New York and a lecturer at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University and the Stony Brook School of Nursing. Immenhausen earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania and completed a residency in Family Medicine at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital.

Dr. COLETTE WHITBY has joined Milford Regional Physician Group, where she will see patients at Milford Regional’s breast center. She joins the group from Sturdy Medical Associates in Attleboro, where she was a breast and general surgeon. Whitby earned her medical degree from Brown University and completed her residency in general surgery at Rhode Island Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She completed a residency in pediatric surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital and is a board-certified surgeon.
