BROOKE FUNARI has joined ERA Key Realty Services as a Realtor at the firm’s Whitinsville office. Funari has several years of experience as a Realtor. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence.
Fidelity Bank, headquartered in Leominster, has made three recent hires and promotions. MINA CHEBBANI has been appointed as business services relationship manager. In this role, Chebbani will work with business clients, providing personalized service and a variety of business services and cash management solutions and will focus on the Greater Worcester market. Chebbani joined Fidelity Bank in March 2022 as a business development officer in community banking focused on Eastern, North Central, and Central Massachusetts. She attended Worcester State University and Quinsigamond Community College, where she studied business administration. Additionally, Chebbani created the Route 9 Referral Group.
JASON SCHWEIGER was hired as Fidelity’s new business services relationship manager. Based in Fidelity’s Needham branch, Schweiger will serve the Needham and MetroWest communities. Prior to his role at Fidelity, Schweiger worked at Cambridge Trust where he served as vice president, senior office manager. His previous career experience includes various roles at Rockland Trust, Bank of America, and Citibank. Schweiger earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a focus on business communication from Bentley University in Waltham.
Additionally, Fidelity appointed TRACY SASSEVILLE to vice president, banking center manager, for the Paxton banking center. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing the operations at the banking center and supporting local businesses with financial tools and resources. With more than 20 years of experience in operations management, Sasseville comes to Fidelity Bank from GFA Federal Credit Union in Gardner, where she served as assistant vice president, regional manager. Sasseville holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Framingham State University. She is certified in branch management, retirement account training, and deposit accounts from the Massachusetts Bankers Association, as well as a Bank Secrecy Act compliance specialist from the Credit Union National Association.
Rollstone Bank & Trust, headquartered in Fitchburg, promoted six employees. MARY BETH JOKELA was promoted to executive vice president, chief operating officer. A 30-year veteran in the finance industry, Jokela has been with RBT since 2020. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Bentley University in Waltham, her MBA from Nichols College in Dudley, and graduated from the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking and received a leadership certificate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
MARC GRAVELLE was promoted to first vice president, retail service & employee development, where he will oversee all branches and the learning and development department at RBT. Gravelle is a graduate of Boston College with 17 years of experience in financial services.
MATTHEW SMITH has been in financial services since 1995 and was promoted to vice president of wealth management and trust services. Smith graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
After five years with RBT, KATY KIROUAC was promoted to contact center manager. She has 23 years of banking experience, primarily in customer service roles.
JENNIFER ARMENTROUT was promoted to deposit operations and e-banking department manager. She has been with the bank since 2007. CRISSY FLAHERTY has 26 years in the banking industry. She has been with RBT for two years and was promoted to compliance supervisor.
