Real estate brokerage NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs announced it has added two new hires to its Worcester team.
MARIA ADAMO, the firm’s new marketing director, has extensive experience in marketing in-house and at agencies, working with brands including Hudson Jeans, Lacoste, Converse, IBM, and most recently as chief of staff and communications at Sunshine Sign Co. in North Grafton. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University in New York and a master’s degree in global marketing communication and advertising from Emerson College in Los Angeles. CAROL GRIFFIN has joined the company as senior property manager, where she will oversee day-to-day property management functions to organize, implement, and maintain retail and industrial properties throughout Massachusetts. She will supervise building engineers, perform on-site inspections and evaluations, and spearhead vendor relations. She has more than 32 years of professional experience, including in vendor contract bidding and procurement, financial reporting, budget preparation, construction and capital planning, and client and tenant relations.
Westborough accounting firm AAFCPAs has promoted two new partners. ROBYN LEET is a leader in the firm’s business process and information-technology consulting practice, which provides business intelligence and productivity enhancements, information risk management and cybersecurity, and special attestations, compliance, and certifications. She has been instrumental in the growth of the firm’s consulting practice and is a graduate of Gordon College in Wenham, where she received a bachelor’s of science in financial accounting. Also promoted to partner was certified public accountant RICHARD O'NEIL, a leader in the firm’s assurance practice with extensive experience advising privately held manufacturers, distributors, technology, and software-as-a-service companies. In 2021, O’Neil was given the AAFCPAs Joel Aronson Character Award, in recognition of his dedication to the well-being of clients.
