Worcester law firm Mirick O'Connell has hired attorneys KEVIN O’CONNOR and ERIN BOUCHER. O’Connor has joined Mirick as a partner in its business litigation group at the firm’s Boston office. He represents businesses, officers, and shareholders in disputes including those involving securities, corporate governance, and fiduciary duties. Boucher has assumed her new role at Mirck’s Worcester office where she represents and counsels medical professionals in medical malpractice liability matters and represents others in civil litigation including for construction disputes, and commercial litigation.

Worcester law firm Fletcher Tilton has hired WILLIAM BLOOM and KELLY AKANA. Bloom joins Fletcher Tilton as an attorney having practiced for 50 years in business and corporate law, estate planning, trust administration, and real estate transactions. Having previously operated his own practice in Westborough as a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Worcester County Bar Association, Bloom graduated with his bachelor’s degree from Boston University and his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston. Akana has joined Fletcher Tilton as an associate in the firm's trusts and estate department. Akana originally began working at the firm in January 2024 while studying as a third-year law student at Albany Law School in New York and brings with her experience representing clients in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings in Massachusetts’ Probate and Family Court. She previously worked at Albany Law School’s Family Violence Litigation Clinic, where she assisted domestic violence survivors and families pursuing custody and protective orders.

The Worcester County Bar Association has appointed STEPHEN ALTOBELLI as the association’s new executive director, following the retirement of Sandra Diluzio. Diluzio worked at WCBA for 43 years, 33 of which were spent in the executive leadership role. Altobelli most recently served as chief of operations at the American Thoracic Society, based in New York City.

Dr. KYLEE EAGLES

Dr. KYLEE EAGLES has opened her new practice, Sports Medicine & Wellness, as part of Milford Regional Physician Group in Medway. Eagles comes to her new position having most recently provided adult and pediatric primary care, sports medicine, and urgent care for the past 11 years at South Shore Health, based in South Weymouth. She is board certified in family medicine, sports medicine, and obesity medicine, specializing in conditions including fractures, tendonitis, and sacroiliac joint pain.

Northbridge-based ERA Key Realty Services has hired three realtors with RICHARD BARTLETT joining the real estate firm’s Framingham office while COURTNEY TAYLOR and DANIEL TOTO have joined its Worcester office. A certified accountant and enrolled accountant, Bartlett previously worked at the Internal Revenue Service for 38 years, holding positions as a revenue agent and senior manager. He graduated with his bachelor’s degree from UMass Amherst and is in the process of earning his master’s degree in public and nonprofit administration from Metropolitan State University, based in Minnesota. Taylor brings more than 10 years of customer service experience to her new role and earned her bachelor’s degree and MBA from Anna Maria College in Paxton. Toto had previously served as a teller at Clinton Savings Bank in West Boylston and All One Credit Union in Leominster. He is earning his bachelor’s degree at Assumption University.

LORI KOWAL has assumed her new role as vice president, commercial loan administration at Clinton Savings Bank. With more than 30 years of experience in community banking, Kowal will oversee all aspects of CSB’s commercial lending, including loan closings and bookings while ensuring all commercial loan policies and procedures are in compliance.
