Milford-based Waters Corp. announced two new additions to its board of directors, including DAN BRENNAN, executive vice president and CFO at Boston Scientific Corp. in Marlborough. In his role, Brennan is responsible for global controllership, global internal audit, corporate finance, treasury, corporate tax, investor relations, and corporate business development. A certified public accountant, Brennan holds bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, and previously was Boston Scientific’s senior vice president and corporate controller. MARK VERGNANO, former chairman, president, and CEO at The Chemours Co. in Delaware, was also named to Waters’ board. Vergnano is a partner at Sea Shell Partners and, before his time at Chemours, held roles of increasing responsibility at E.I. Dupont De Nemours & Co. in Delaware. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and holds a master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
TERRENCE O’KANE is now vice president, human resources manager at Fidelity Bank in Leominster. O’Kane, who has been with the bank since 2015, will oversee human resources operations, including payroll/benefit administration, recruitment, and performance management. He will execute the bank's annual compensation process and benefits renewal. Before joining Fidelity, O’Kane was a customer service representative at Enterprise Bank in Lowell. In 2018, he became certified from the Society for Human Resource Management. A Fitchburg native and resident of Shrewsbury, O’Kane holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Fitchburg State University and a bachelor’s degree from Nichols College.
CARLY ANTONELLIS has been appointed to GFA Federal Credit Union’s board of directors in Gardner. Antonellis is assistant town manager for the Town of Ayer and has more than a decade of financial management, strategic planning, and organizational development experience. She lives in Winchendon, and holds a master’s degree in public affairs from UMass Boston.
Oriol Health Care of Holden has made one promotion and one hire. NATHAN ORIOL has been promoted to director of finance for Oriol Health Care and affiliates. He has been the administrator of Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston for nine years. He started working at the family business at age 16 in the kitchen and has remained in long-term care since then. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and is pursuing a master’s degree at Assumption University in Worcester. Oriol is president of the nonprofit Oriol Foundation and the grandson of company founder Eugene Oriol. JENNIFER CROWLEY of Leicester has returned to the staff at Oriol Health Care to be the new administrator of Oakdale. She started working in long-term care at age 15 in activities and soon after became a certified nursing assistant. She holds a healthcare administration degree from University of Phoenix and then entered an administrator-in-training program at Oriol's Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center. Crowley’s son is a certified nursing assistant for Oriol as well.
AMY REARDON DOHERTY is now vice president, legal at Web Industries, Inc. in Marlborough. Over the course of her career, Doherty has advised executives and business partners on a range of legal, financial, intellectual property, and business issues. She joins Web Industries from Bose Corp. in Framingham, where she counseled the automotive, manufacturing, and global supply chain businesses. She led a team of product lawyers that supported the B2B businesses. She spent nearly a decade in private practice at Goodwin Procter in Boston, where she worked on cases involving corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructuring. Doherty is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law in Boston and Tufts University in Medford, where she got her bachelor’s degree.
ANDY NORMAN has joined BizAnalytica in Westborough as senior vice president of delivery. In his new role, Norman will be responsible for all consultants, customer projects, and customer success. He has more than 25 years of experience in senior management consulting service, including more than 10 years at Mobiquity, Inc. in Waltham.
PAUL THATCHER is now senior vice president of talent at OneShield in Marlborough. In this newly created position, Thatcher will lead the company’s global human resources function, spanning North America, India, and Europe. Prior to joining OneShield, Thatcher led the people and talent function at Jive Communications while the company expanded from 200 to 700 employees globally.
