AAFCPAs, an accounting consulting firm in Westborough, has promoted four employees to partner. LAUREN DUPLIN joined the firm in 2009 and is a senior member of AAFCPAs’ Fractional CFO & Outsourced Accounting practice, with more than 12 years of experience in auditing. NICHOLE REILLY joined AAFCPAs in 2010 as leader of the Education practice, where she specializes in advising charter schools, private schools, and other education-related nonprofits. In 2020, she received the Joel Aronson Character Award. JUSTIN LEROUX has been with AAFCPA since 2011 and oversees the firm’s Community & Economic Development and Health & Human Services practices, and he is a member of several committees, such as the Community and Economic Development Executive Committee and Behavioral Health Committee. JONATHAN BLOOM joined AAF Wealth Management in 2016 where he works with clients to build clear financial plans based on their individual circumstances, challenges, and vision.
KATHLEEN LUCIER has joined MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham and Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester as the new marketing director. In her new role, Lucier will develop strategic marketing campaigns supporting the hospitals’ service line growth initiatives while directing data-driven brand plans. Previously, Lucier worked at Tenet Healthcare, the Texas-based parent company for both hospitals, for five years in marketing, supporting physician groups.
DR. ADITI MOHANKUMAR is the newest member of Milford Regional Physician Group in its otolaryngology practice: Milford Ear, Nose & Throat Surgery. Prior to working at MetroWest Ear, Nose & Throat Associates in Framingham, Mohankumar previously worked at a private practice in New Jersey before moving to Massachusetts. Mohankumar graduated magna cum laude from Sydney Kimmel Medical College in Philadelphia and completed a five-year residency training at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.
BRITTANY PRENDIVILLE has been named general manager for The Telegram &Gazette’s Worcester market, which is part of the Gannett | USA TODAY network. Prendville joined the USA TODAY network in 2017 and has worked her way up in such roles as marketing manager, digital marketing strategist, and regional sales director. She received an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Worcester State University.
The executive director of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts and Rhode Island, NADYIA ABBAS, has been elected to the Children’s League of Massachusetts Board of Directors. CLM is a nonprofit organization committed to promoting the welfare of children and families in Massachusetts by influencing public policy.
MICHAEL HAYNES was appointed a Realtor at ERA Key Realty Services in the firm’s Franklin office. Haynes began his career in real estate as a Realtor for Platinum Properties in Franklin. He is the founder and owner of Terrapin Property Management in Franklin, which manages local properties. He previously served as a business analyst for Dell Technologies in Franklin. Haynes graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
