ALISHA COLLINS has been named the first director of community impact & engagement in New England for National Grid, headquartered in Waltham. In this new role, Collins will expand National Grid’s corporate responsibility initiative across Massachusetts. She was previously vice president, corporate giving & development at The Possible Zone in Boston. Collins is a graduate of Stonehill College in Easton and holds a master’s degree in marketing from Lasell University in Newton.
UMass Memorial Medical Group in Worcester has added four new physicians to its practices.
AAFCPAs in Westborough has added DESTINY FLOOD as a new partner. Flood joins the firm to lead client accounting and advisory solutions for the commercial market. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University. She lives in the Greater Sacramento area.
The Institute for Extraordinary Banking, based in Florida, has recognized Marlborough-based MAIN STREET BANK as one of three finalists for top community banks in the nation. The award is based on the bank’s commitment to philanthropy, customer service, thought leadership, workplace culture, and financial literacy education.
Ascentria Care Alliance in Worcester has promoted CASHMIR CRANSON to the newly created position of vice president of advancement. In the role, Cranson will oversee strategic communications and marketing efforts, as well as development and agency advancement for Ascentria Care Alliance. He was previously director of operations for Good News Garage in Cambridge, an Ascentria program. Cranson is a graduate of Western Washington University and holds a master’s degree from Suffolk University in Boston.
Worcester behavioral health nonprofit Open Sky Community Services has named ANNE DeLOMBA senior vice president of behavioral services. JAMES DOYLE has been named senior director of real estate and facilities. DeLomba was previously director of behavioral health services at Central Community Health Partnership in Worcester and will now be in charge of the development of holistic service at Open Sky Commiunity Services. She is a licensed mental health counselor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, and a master's degree in expressive arts therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge. Doyle will manage Open Sky Community Services’ property portfolio and was previously director of global real estate for Conneticut-based insurer Cigna Healthcare. He holds a degree in architectural design from Porter and Chester Institute in Worcester.
KATE McEVOY has been named executive vice president of corporate affairs at Synergy, based in Boston. She will be responsible for marketing communications, external affairs, and strategic planning, as well as development of business outside of the Metro Boston area. She was previously vice president of corporate relations at UMass Memorial Health in Worcester. McEvoy holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Worcester State University.
EVAN KOOGLER has joined Worcester real estate brokerage Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates in Worcester as vice president. He will represent landlords and tenants with a focus on the industrial and office space. Koogler was previously a director at Lee & Associates in Boston. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bryant University in Rhode Island.
