Westborough-based human services nonprofit Spectrum Health Systems has named five new members to its board of trustees, including DANIELLE JUREMA LEDERMAN, partner at Bowditch & Dewey in Worcester; PATRICK PURCELL, fire chief and emergency management director for the Town of Westborough; LOUIS BRADY, president and CEO of Family Health Center of Worcester; SEAN ALLEN, fourth-grade teacher at Roosevelt School in Worcester; and LUIS LOBAO, founding principal at applied Form+Space in Andover.
ADILSON “ADDY” LIMA has been appointed to the board of directors of All One Credit Union, headquartered in Leominster. Lima has served as a senior staff auditor at The Hanover Insurance Group, based in Worcester. He graduated with his MBA from Nichols College in Dudley.
DYLAN FOX
Webster Five has promoted DYLAN FOX to controller of the Auburn-based bank. In his new role, Fox will manage Webster Five’s accounting operations, including spearheading the institution’s annual budget. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College.
MARIE CHANTAL DICARDY has joined Worcester-based ERA Key Realty Services as a realtor. Outside of realty, Dicardy owns Multi Business Services in Clinton. She graduated from Broward College in Florida with her associates degree in paralegal studies.
BRITNEY TRANBRITNEY TRAN has joined Sundin Marketing as the Sheborn-based agency’s marketing assistant. In this position, Tran will help facilitate project coordination, content creation, and account management. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree from UMass Lowell.
DEVON LYONDEVON LYON, president and CEO of Central One Federal Credit Union in Shrewsbury, has received one of the Awards of Excellence presented by Cooperative Credit Union Association, based in Marlborough. Lyon was bestowed as CEO of the Year award due to his leadership skill and commitment to community outreach. Lyon joined One Federal in his leading roles in 2022.
PATRICK HOEY has been named partner at Hoey Wealth Management, based in Worcester. Hoey had most recently served as a financial advisor for the firm for the past five years, focusing on client service, strategic financial planning, and community engagement. In his new role, Hoey will work to form the company’s strategic direction and mentor new advisors.
MATTHEW ERSKINEMATTHEW ERSKINE, managing partner at Erskine & Erskine in Worcester, has been selected as a 2025 fellow of the Family Firm Institute, a designation acknowledging a professional’s expertise and dedication in their field. Erskine became eligible for fellow status in part because he has been an Family Firm Institute member for more than 10 years and holds an Family Firm Institute core and advanced certificate. Erskine is a trust and estate attorney and for the past 33 years has served as managing partner of his family firm since 1992.

MutualOne Bank has hired GICELLE BRITO as vice president, market area commercial loan officer of the Framingham-based institution. With more than 15 years of banking experience, Brito comes to MutualOne having most recently served as vice president, commercial loan officer at Woburn-based Northern Bank. She graduated from Fitchburg State University.
