Workers Credit Union in Littleton appointed MACKENSON MASSÉ as assistant vice president and area manager of the credit union’s locations in Hudson, Shrewsbury, Worcester, Lowell, and Westford. Massé has 15 years of leadership and financial expertise. Prior to joining WCU, Massé held the positions of banking center director and assistant vice president at Webster Bank in Boston. FERNANDO RICO is now director of retail branches, where he oversees 16 branches and helps members maximize their relationship with the credit union to achieve their financial goals. Rico brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the role. Rico’s previous roles include leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, Santander Bank, and Cambridge Trust Co., where he most recently served as vice president. Rico earned an MBA from Mercy University in New York, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, and finance from Pace University.

Spectrum Health Systems in Westborough made five new leadership appointments. FRANK HIGHT has been named vice president of environment of care. He has been at Spectrum for 17 years and has spearheaded construction projects including the development of its subsidiary, New England Recovery Center and the Charles J. Faris Recovery Center, which are located on Spectrum’s Westborough campus where Spectrum’s new headquarters and intake center facilities will reside once completed later this year. RAY SEMIDEI will serve as Spectrum’s new assistant director of environmental care, who will assist Hight in the upkeep of Spectrum’s grounds and landscaping at each of its programs. KATRINA CASEY is Spectrum’s new director of integrated care. Casey is a licensed mental health counselor with a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Boston College. STEFANIA CUNNINGHAM originally began her career as a per diem nurse at Spectrum. She earned her nursing degree from Southern New Hampshire University and her master’s degree in nursing, psychiatric mental health from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Services in Worcester. After earning her degrees, Cunningham was appointed psychiatric nurse practitioner at Spectrum’s Weymouth location. KATHLEEN WISE is now a community relations manager for the New England Recovery Center, liaising with clients and communities in the towns in which the provider serves.

Fidelity Bank appointed GARY CEDRONE to vice president, area manager for the Leominster banking centers. He will be responsible for overseeing the operations at the bank’s Leominster Connector and Main Street locations. Cedrone comes to Fidelity Bank from Bank of America, where he served as vice president. He holds an MBA in global management from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Nichols College in Dudley. Additionally, he is certified in Six Sigma concepts and processes as well as earned value and financial management reporting.

Worcester insurer Fallon Health has named DINAH OLANOFF as director of PACE growth and engagement at the Massachusetts Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), locally called Summit ElderCare. Olanoff’s previous title was senior business consultant for PACE strategy. In her expanded role, Olanoff will support program growth by assuming leadership of the Summit ElderCare Outreach Account Executive Team, which works to educate the community about program value and benefits.

Fidelity Bank appointed NIKOLE NOLLE to vice president, learning, development, and engagement manager. She will be responsible for building and facilitating activities and programs focused on growth, development, engagement, and retention for the bank’s colleagues. Nolle has 25 years of experience in banking center leadership and most recently worked at The Training Associates in Marlborough, where she managed client learning and development products. Nolle received a bachelor’s degree from Nichols College in Dudley.
