DONNA GOGLIORMELLA was promoted by Framingham-based MutualOne Bank to manager of the Natick office. She previously served as senior account representative at Framingham Co-operative Bank prior to that institution's 2012 merger with Natick Federal Savings Bank and the subsequent formation of MutualOne. She lives in Worcester.
CHRIS BASTIEN was named general manager of the Auburn Mall by Simon Property Group. He has been employed with Simon Property Group for 12 years and previously served as director of marketing and business development at Crystal Mall in Waterford, Conn.
MELANIE DEMARAIS was hired by Assumption College in Worcester as a senior advancement officer. She had worked for the college previously, for 18 years, and left in 2011 to become senior vice president for resource development at the United Way of Central Massachusetts.
BRETT JULIANO was hired by Sovereign Bank as a small business specialist for the Westborough area.
MASSOUD ATALLAH was hired as sales manager of the Northborough regional office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. He was previously manager of the firm's Tewksbury office.
KATERINE M. BIELACZYC, AMY G. RICHTER and WILLIAM F. FISHER were hired by Clark University in Worcester. Bielaczyc, an associate professor, is the director of the college's Jacob Hiatt Center for Urban Education. She was previously deputy head of the learning sciences lab at the National Institute of Education in Singapore. She has a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, and a master's and PhD in education from the University of California in Berkeley. Richter is the director of Higgins School of Humanities. An associate professor and chair of the history department, she has been teaching at Clark since 2000. She has a bachelor's in urban studies from New York City's Columbia University and a PhD from New York University. Fisher, the university's founding director of the department of international development, community and environment, is associate provost and dean of graduate studies. He has a bachelor's from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa.; and both a master's of international affairs and PhD in anthropology from Columbia.
DAVID ROSE was named vice president of human resources by Worcester-based VNA Care Network & Hospice. He was previously director of human resources. Rose has a bachelor's degree from Boston College and an MBA from Anna Maria College in Paxton.
WILLIAM M. MAHONEY was promoted to executive vice president by Whitinsville-based UniBank. He will continue in his role as chief financial officer and chief administrative officer. Prior to joining UniBank in 2009, he was the CFO of CNB Financial Corp. in Worcester. Mahoney is a graduate of Providence College and received an MBA in finance from the University of Connecticut in Storrs. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
