LEONARD REPOSA was named mortgage officer at Worcester-based Bay State Savings Bank. He was most recently a mortgage development officer with Santander Bank in Framingham. Reposa holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Suffolk University in Boston, and lives in Shrewsbury.
DAVID W. HILLIS, JEFFREY W. HILLIS, CHRISTINE JUDYCKI-CREPEAULT and ELLEN BARRY were all elected to the board of AdCare Hospital of Worcester. David Hillis was elected chairman; Jeffrey Hillis, president; and Judycki-Crepeault, treasurer, in addition to serving as clerk of the hospital board of directors; and Barry was elected as a director for a two-year term. David Hillis served as vice president of administration at AdCare since 2002 and more recently as its chief operating officer. He holds a bachelor's degree from Stonehill College in Easton and a juris doctor and master's degrees from Suffolk University in Boston. Judycki-Crepeault joined AdCare as chief financial officer in 2002. A CPA, she earned a bachelor's degree from Bentley University in Waltham and a master's in business administration from Clark University. Barry is a Realtor with Susan A. Flynn & Associates in Shrewsbury.
BRIEANNA KELLEY was named a senior mortgage originator at Workers' Credit Union in Fitchburg. She was previously with IC Federal Credit Union in Fitchburg, and is a resident of Leominster.
DR. JONATHAN ARNOW and ROBERT PAULHUS JR. were named to the board of trustees for Clinton Hospital. Dr. Arnow, a board-certified radiologist, is principal of Marlborough Radiology Associates and president of Clinton Hospital's medical staff. Paulhus, president and CEO of Clinton Savings Bank, has nearly 32 years of experience in the banking industry.
ANDREW D. BURGOYNE was hired by Whitinsville-based UniBank, as assistant vice president and municipal services support manager. He had spent more than eight years at TD Bank as an assistant vice president and store manager.
KIMBERLY KELL, PAMELA WILMORE and CRYSTAL ROSADO were hired by Nonotuck Resource Associates, serving those with disabilities, to work in its Auburn office. Kell previously worked at Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester, in the day habilitation program. She also has worked at Hubbard Hospital, Saint Vincent's Hospital and Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital. Kell earned her bachelor's degree in nursing at Worcester State University, and lives in Grafton. Wilmore, an assistant program director, had previously filled in as an assistant program director. She has worked as an applied behavior analysis therapist in the Leicester and Southbridge public schools, and at Seven Hills as a special needs instructor. She lives in Leicester. Rosado previously worked in Nonotuck's internship program and was a bilingual medical assistant at the Family Health Center of Worcester. She received her acute care training at the Jewish Healthcare Center, Saint Vincent's and UMass Memorial Hospital, and is a resident of Worcester.
CAITLIN BURNS was promoted to senior mortgage processor and closer at North Brookfield Savings Bank. She was previously a loan servicing representative before being promoted to mortgage processor. Burns holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Worcester State University, and lives in West Brookfield.
CLIFF R. CABRAL was promoted to vice president for Seven Hills Family Services, a clinical affiliate of the Worcester-based Seven Hills Foundation, which serves those with disabilities. He replaces Dr. Katharine Cleary, who will remain vice president of Seven Hills Clinical Associates and Children's Aid & Family Services. Cabral was previously clinical director of integrated services for Seven Hills Behavioral Health and served as director of health services for Seven Hills Rhode Island. He earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I., and a master's in agency counseling from Rhode Island College in Providence. Cabral is a licensed mental health counselor.
PAMELA E. BERMAN was hired as a partner by Worcester-based Bowditch & Dewey, to work in its Boston office as a commercial litigator. She previously worked at Adler Pollock & Sheehan, where she was a shareholder. She is a graduate of Wells College in Aurora, N.Y., and earned a law degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.
SANDRA M. BROWN was named partner at Westborough-based Smith, Sullivan & Brown (until recently Smith, Sullivan and Co.). She joined Linda M. Smith CPA in 2003 and was admitted as partner. Brown, a CPA, is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Okla. She lives in Hopkinton.
DAVID STEAD was chosen as the 2014 president of the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors. He is an agent at RE/MAX Advantage 1 in Worcester. He served on the association's board of directors for several years and also served as the regional vice president, focus area vice president, and chaired several committees for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
LAURIE BUSBY was hired as traffic and production manager at Leominster-based digital ad agency James and Matthew + Company. She is a former senior marketing project management specialist at TJX in Framingham and has also worked as a traffic coordinator for Davis Advertising and as a marketing coordinator with Crabtree & Evelyn.
BRIAN ROBILLARD was hired as a commercial lines manager by the Herlihy Insurance Group in Worcester. He previously worked for Liberty Mutual in both sales and management positions. Robillard is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and holds a master's degree from Boston College. He lives in Holden.
ERIC JOHNSON was hired as director of architecture at Maugel Architects in Harvard. Some of his previous work includes the Mandarin Oriental Boston Hotel, Lord & Taylor Boston, the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Curry College in Milton and Longmeadow High School.
