MARIA C. COSTA was hired by Bay State Savings Bank as a vice president and retail lending manager at its 28 Franklin St. Branch in Worcester. She was most recently vice president and director of loan operations and servicing at Belmont Savings Bank in Belmont. Costa earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Lycee Racine in Paris, France, and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston.
ANNE REARDON FRENCH was hired by Tina Bilizarian Inc. Realtors in Boylston, as a Realtor. She was most recently a Realtor at Rick McPhee Real Estate in Holden. French has also worked as a social studies teacher in both Worcester and Framingham for 19 years. She has a bachelor's in history from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester and a master's in education from Worcester State University.
DAVID K. McCAY was named chairman-elect of the board of directors for the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is a partner with Westborough-based Mirick O'Connell in the law firm's litigation group. McCay joined the board in 2010 and was appointed a vice chair in 2011. He will take over the chairmanship in January 2014.
JAMEELI WOZNIAK has been named Marlborough Hospital's new director of inpatient services. Prior to joining the hospital, she was a nursing director at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Anna Maria College in Paxton and her master's in science from Worcester State University.
SEAN COYLE was hired by Milford National Bank as a vice president and business development officer in commercial lending. He was previously an assistant vice president in business development at Commerce Bank and Trust in Milford. Coyle earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams. He lives in Bellingham.
LOUIS W. SROCZENSKI was named chairperson of the board of directors of Webster First Federal Credit Union. He has been a director of the credit union since 1973. Sroczenski lives in Webster.
JAY JIL was hired as vice president of information technology at North Brookfield Savings Bank. Formerly vice president of information technology at Mansfield Bank, he is a resident of Cumberland, R.I.
ANGELA ROCHELEAU was hired as regional director for Central Massachusetts by Associated Home Care of Leominster, a private-pay home care agency. Rocheleau has 25 years of home health care experience. She is a graduate of Worcester State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in health sciences.
CARLA DeFOSSE was named executive director of Mount Wachusett Community College Foundation Inc. in Gardner. She replaces former director Darlene Morrilly, who retired. DeFosse previously served as chief advancement and external affairs officer and director of the Housing Consumer Education Center for non-profit RCAP Solutions, in Gardner. Prior to that, she served as an aide to Massachusetts State Sen. Harriette Chandler from 2009 to 2011. She also owned and operated the Mountain Barn restaurant in Princeton for 12 years. DeFosse earned bachelor's degrees in management and entertainment development from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
