SHERYL BOLDUC has joined the personal lines department at Sullivan Insurance Group in Worcester. A 34-year veteran of the insurance industry, Bolduc is a notary public who is licensed in property and casualty insurance. She has worked at several agencies throughout Central Massachusetts.
STEPHEN F. BADYLAK was appointed as co-chair of the Scientific Advisory Board at Biostage in Holliston. He is a professor in the department of surgery, a deputy director of the McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine. He holds a doctorate in veterinary medicine, a master in clinical pathology, and a Ph.D. in anatomic pathology from Purdue University, as well as his medical degree from Indiana University Medical School. He has had a long academic career and is a member of the College of Scientific Reviewers for the National Institutes of Health.
MARILLYN EARLEY joined the Worcester Art Museum as director of advancement on April 13. She has more than 25 years of development experience, most recently as director of advancement at Worcester Academy, where she worked on two campaigns raising more than $80 million for the school. She held positions at the Worcester Art Museum between 1995 and 2001. She also serves as a trustee of Pwoje Espwa Sud, a social services organization in Haiti that serves more than 400 children. A graduate of Boston University, Earley lives in Northborough with her husband and two children.
TOM MATTHEWS, KATIE ARSENAULT and TYMMOTHY DORE all have new jobs with the Worcester Railers Hockey Club. Matthews is the team's new public relations and social media coordinator. He joins the Railers from Worcester Magazine, where he worked as a reporter and social media coordinator. He is a Worcester native with a degree from Clark University. Arsenault, a Wilmington native, joined the Railers as marketing and game operations coordinator, after spending the last five years working with game night control room staffs for the Boston Celtics and the Boston Bruins. She also worked as a graphics operator for the New England Revolution and the New England Patriots. She is a graduate of Suffolk University. Dore was promoted to senior account executive, tickets and memberships after spending nine months as an account executive.
DAVID CHAD has joined the division of neurology at Reliant Medical Group in Worcester. He joins Reliant from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Chad received his medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Montreal General Hospital at McGill University. He did a residency in neurology at the University of California, San Francisco, and went on to complete a fellowship in neuromuscular disorders at Tufts University. From 1982 until 2008, he was on the faculty at UMass Medical School and was on the faculty at Harvard Medical School from 2008 until April of this year.
CHRISTOPHER J. WILLIAMS has been appointed a trustee of Clinton Financial Services. He was elected to the board of directors at the company's annual meeting in April. He has served as a corporator of the company for the past four years, and will play a critical part in the bank's strategic direction in his new board role. He has been in the financial services sector for more than 18 years and is the owner and operator of Williams Financial Group in Clinton. He served as a selectman in the town of Lancaster, where he resides with his wife and two children. He is a graduate of Worcester State University.
JOSEPH W. SULLIVAN, a Worcester resident, is now executive vice president, chief risk officer at Boston Mutual Life Insurance Co. in Canton. He was promoted from the role of vice president - chief underwriting and product officer and will continue to build out the company's underwriting division and its product development efforts, while also overseeing risk strategy. Before joining Boston Mutual in 2016, Sullivan worked at several insurance companies, including Pan-American Life Insurance Co., Unum and Greenwood International Insurance Services. He previously worked as an attorney where he specialized in estate planning. Sullivan is a graduate of Stonehill College and Suffolk University Law School.
