KEITH LIPPERT was promoted to senior director of sales operations at MW Partners Staffing, which is based in California. Lippert was promoted from the role of client relationship partner and is based in Worcester.

HELDER MACHADO and RICHARD A. SHEILS, JR. joined the board of trustees at Millbury Savings Bank. Machado is president and CEO of Machado Consulting, a Worcester information-technology firm that he founded in 2001. He is also a lieutenant colonel in the Army National Guard and a 29-year combat veteran, who served with the Third Infantry Division in Iraq. He is a graduate of Community College of Rhode Island, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, the Rhode Island Military Academy Officer Candidate School, the Army's Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, and the Joint Forces Staff College at Norfolk. He lives in Sutton with his family. Sheils is a partner at Worcester law firm Bowditch & Dewey, where he concentrates in commercial finance, creditors' rights and banking law. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Dayton School of Law. He lives in Holden with his family.

AMY LANG joined the board at Dress for Success Worcester. Lang is a graduate of Williams College and Harvard Business School, currently serving as vice president of talent management and engagement at Staples. Previously, she held various leadership roles at Staples and has worked for American Express and Bain & Co. She lives outside of Boston with her two daughters and husband.

ANN BRADY, CAITLIN BURNS, PAMELA KOZLIK, and YVONNE LITTLE were all promoted to assistant vice president at North Brookfield Savings Bank. Brady, who previously worked as senior accountant/assistant controller, was promoted to assistant vice president/assistant controller. Brady, who previously worked for Country Bank for Savings, holds a general banking diploma from the Center for Financial Training. Burns, who most recently worked as underwriter/closer, was promoted to assistant vice president and underwriter/closer of the bank's loan center. She is a graduate of Worcester State University. Kozlik, a graduate of Western New England University, was promoted to assistant vice president/commercial credit analyst of the commercial loan department after serving most recently as commercial credit analyst. She lives in Ware. Little, who lives in Brookfield, was promoted to assistant vice president/human resources coordinator. She holds a certificate in human resources from the Center for Financial Training and most recently worked as executive assistant/human resources coordinator. She is also the clerk for the North Brookfield Savings Bank Securities Corp.

ANDREW TARASUK joined the Garvin Center for Geriatric Psychiatry at Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer as executive program director. Tarasuk, who helped open the center in 2014, is a licensed independent clinical social worker with a bachelor's degree from Southern Connecticut State University and a master in social work from Bridgewater State University. He previously worked as the senior social worker managing inpatient care at Whittier Pavilion's Geriatric Psychiatry Unit in Haverhill.
