GINA LORUSSO has joined LAER Realty Partners in Worcester. She has four years of experience in real estate, most recently at Starterline Realty in Worcester. Before that, she worked in financial services for 15 years. She is a Worcester native and renovating a house in Charlton.
LAUREN L. DELUCA has joined the commercial lines department at Sullivan Insurance Group in Worcester. She has 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, most recently at Insurance Marketing Agency. She is licensed in property and casualty insurance in Massachusetts and earned the designations of chartered property casualty underwriter, associate in personal insurance, and associate in general insurance. She is a graduate of Nichols College, where she was a member of the Zeta Alpha Phi Honor Society.
CAROLYN ASSA is now executive director of Becker College's Office of Marketing and Strategic Communications. In her new role, she will be responsible for building awareness of Becker and finding ways to promote it in new and existing audiences. She joins Becker from Ellis Strategies in Boston and has worked in marketing at Perkins School for the Blind and Bunker Hill Community College. Prior to that, she worked in media. She holds a master's degree in communications from Emerson College and a bachelor's degree in journalism from UMass Amherst.
RICHARD W. NOBILE is now emeritus trustee at the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts in Fitchburg. He is the first emeritus trustee of the foundation and helped launch the organization 16 years ago.
KELLEY R. SMALL, a Worcester area native, has joined Standish Executive Search in Boston as a principal. In her new role, she will join Principal Stanley Davis and help expand the firm's client base. Small has experience advising mid-market and smaller businesses and their owners on how to grow their companies. She is an advisor and women's leadership director at CEO Connection and founded Newfound Business Solutions, which she led from 2006 to 2017. She was an appointee to the U.S. Department of Agriculture under President George W. Bush, where she was chairwoman of the Farm Service Agency for Massachusetts for eight years.
DANIEL SPINNEY is now director of operations at Green Leaf Construction in Leominster, a new role rounding out the firm's executive leadership team. Spinney spent 34 years with Cutler Associates, where he worked on healthcare, scholastic and commercial projects. In his new role, he will manage the company's construction and project management operations.
CRYSTAL TACY has been hired at NFC Mortgage in Northborough as a loan officer. She has more than nine years of experience in the mortgage industry, most recently as a Worcester area mortgage company loan processor. She is a graduate of Keene State College and lives in Northborough with her boyfriend and two dogs.
RUSSELL DONNELLY has joined Harrington Physician Services in Southbridge as an orthopedic surgeon. He is returning to Central Massachusetts after spending three years at the Aroostook Medical Center in Presque Isle, Maine. Before that, he worked in Worcester for 15 years, including at Fallon Clinic and at St. Vincent Hospital Department of Orthopedics. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery and a member of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He earned his medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
