Habitat for Humanity MetroWest/Greater Worcester has made several personnel appointments in its development department. DEBORAH HUEGEL has been promoted to vice president of philanthropy after serving as habitat’s director of development for Greater Worcester for the past three years. JOSEPH S. TOWNSEND is the new director of development after joining habitat from WCCA-TV, where he was the development manager and grant writer. SARA COSTELLO has been hired as the development and grants coordinator after serving in habitat’s ReStore and working at the Society for Human Resource Management for 20 years. ERIN SULLIVAN has been hired as the marketing and development associate. She joins habitat from UMass Medical School, where she was the associate director for annual funds.

CHAD KRUEGER, an orthopedic surgeon, has joined Harrington Physician Services offices in Southbridge. Krueger received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and completed his residency at Brooke Army Medical Center. He most recently served as an orthopedic surgeon at the Womack Army Medical Center at Fort Bragg, N.C.

MOHAMMAD ALHABBAL is the new medical director for AdCare Hospital of Worcester. Alhabbal is a graduate of the Damascus University Medical School in Syria and completed his residency at UMass Medical School, where he is an assistant professor in the department of family medicine and was the school’s 2013 teacher of the year.

Harrington HealthCare System of Southbridge has made several new appointments. MICHAEL AUGUSTINE has joined Harrington as the new director of supply chain after previously having the same role at Cape Cod Healthcare. ANN BEAUDRY has been named the new director of quality, patient safety and risk. She most recently managed Harrington’s pediatric and maternal health departments. KERRY BURRILL is the new director of medical/surgical services and pediatrics after most recently serving at Harrington as nursing supervisor. ANGELA CHVIEK has been named the director of development and strategic planning, after previously serving as manager of business development and strategic planning. GREG MIRHEJ is the new vice president of behavioral health services after having served for five years in the role of executive director of behavioral health. EDYTA PUCZYDLOWSKA has been named the new director of surgical services. She was previously the assistant manager at Harrington’s Webster campus. STACY TEELE is the new manager of emergency and critical care services. She has been with Harrington for 14 years including as clinical coordinator of the Wound Care Center.

BRANDON WEBER is the new head of the business development program at Corporate Environmental Advisors Inc. of Westborough. Weber, a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, is responsible for driving growth and visibility of CEA in key business markets and leading the company’s marketing and sales initiatives.

ANUSHA VIGRAHAM is the new branch manager in Westborough for Main Street Bank. Vigraham, of Northborough and a native of India, began her career in banking in 2015 after working as a customer relationship executive at a multinational corporation in India.

The Girl Scouts of Central & Western Massachusetts, which is based in Worcester and Holyoke, has appointed new members, including eight from Central Massachusetts. The new president and chairwoman is JOAN BERTRAND of Sterling, who is the vice president of human resources at AdCare Hospital in Worcester and an adjunct professor at Assumption College. The vice chairman is CASEY FREEMAN of Worcester, a wealth management advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Worcester. Also appointed to the board were MELISA ALVES of Spencer, an assistant director in the Career Development Center at the College of the Holy Cross; JENNIFER JOHNSON of Auburn, a registered nurse and clinical director for CareScout; MARYANN C. JOHNSON of Millbury, the chief development officer at Oak Hill Community Development Corp.; RYAN MATSON of Worcester, a health, life and disability insurance broker with Small Business Insurance Agency of Worcester; NIKKI A. SHARLEVILLE of Auburn, a state management analyst at the Hanover Insurance Group; and BONNIE WALKER of Millbury, the executive director of diversity and inclusion strategy at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
