Atrius Health, an alliance of medical groups, named ROBERT YOOD and MARK STOKER of Reliant Medical Group of Worcester to its board of trustees. Yood is chief of rheumatology at Reliant and medical director of the research department. He is chief of the division of rheumatic disease and musculoskeletal medicine at Saint Vincent Hospital and clinical professor of medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, both in Worcester. Yood is a graduate of Yale University in New Haven, Conn., and has a medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland. Stoker is director of the surgical residency program at Saint Vincent and an assistant professor of surgery at UMass Medical School. He earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University.
Framingham-based CMR Group Inc. named DON CASSANO its CEO and president. Cassano was previously a consultant for RMX Corp. in Boston. He is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham.
Framingham-based MetroWest Commercial Real Estate hired MARK ROSEN as a broker. He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, previously working for Phoenix Commercial Real Estate in Framingham. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he is a resident of Southborough.
Worcester-based Spectrum Health Systems Inc. hired CHRISTOPHER PETROZZI and promoted PETER PAOLANTONIO. Petrozzi is the nonprofit’s new executive vice president of correctional services. He lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Paolantonio was promoted from executive vice president of clinical services to chief clinical officer. He resides in Atkinson, N.H.
J. TIMOTHY SMITH was named chief financial officer and treasurer of Fitchburg-based Workers’ Credit Union. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA in finance at the University of Houston. Smith lives in Franklin.
Sutton-based Interstate Specialty Products hired ABIGAIL NESBITT as business development manager. She previously worked for ARRK Product Development Group as Northeast business development manager. Nesbitt has a bachelor’s degree in industrial design from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y.
Clinton-based Radius Product Development named ANTHONY ANNIBALE managing director of the company’s Chicago studio. Prior to joining Radius, Annibale co-founded Arrisphere, an engineering and design firm.
Hudson-based business technology firm Bryley Systems Inc. hired TERRY TENGLER and named ROY PACITTO outside sales executive. Tengler will serve as a technical services manager. He previously worked for the DMX Northeast office. Pacitto previously served as the firm’s technical services manager.
PETER J. OSTROSKEY was appointed deputy state fire marshal at the state Department of Fire Services. He was most recently fire chief in Uxbridge. Prior to that post, Ostroskey was deputy director of the State 911 Department.
The Worcester Sharks promoted KRISTEN MOORE to marketing coordinator and hired JESS HIGHAM as administrative and events coordinator and BRETT SAWIN as community development coordinator. Moore is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. Higham and Sawin previously worked as sales representatives for the group. Higham has a bachelor’s degree from Bryant University in Smithfield, R.I. Sawin earned a bachelor’s in sports management from UMass in Amherst.

O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc. of Marlborough promoted PAUL V. MULROY to vice president. He previously worked as a senior associate for the firm. Murphy graduated from Gordon College in Wenham with a degree in business administration.
Framingham State University hired ERIC P. GUSTAFSON as executive director of development and alumni relations. He previously served as director of advancement at Anna Maria College in Paxton. Millbury Health Care Center appointed DAVID DEGRAND director of sub-acute and short-term rehabilitation programs. DeGrand, who specializes in internal medicine, works with the UMass Memorial Medical Group Division of Geriatrics in Worcester. He previously worked at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital and Whittier Rehabilitation Hospitals.
