ANDREW LEIGHTON and PAM KOZLIK were promoted at North Brookfield Savings Bank from assistant branch managers to branch managers. Leighton will serve at the West Brookfield branch. A resident of Belchertown, he joined the bank in 2008 as a teller. Kozlik, of Ware, will oversee the Belchertown branch.
PAUL KOLESNIKOVAS was named to Sturbridge-based Rehabilitative Resources Inc.'s board of directors. A Charlton resident, he's an attorney specializing in estate planning and elder law. Kolesnikovas earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a juris doctorate from the University of Notre Dame.
Worcester resident DANIEL BARNARD was promoted to business relationship manager and vice president by TD Bank, with offices in Central Massachusetts. Before joining the bank in 2011, he held positions at Citizens, Fleet, Shawmut and Bank of America. Barnard holds a master's degree in education from Cambridge College in Cambridge, where he also focused on marketing and marketing management.
ROBERT CIRACO and LEMONIA MIRONIDIS were hired by Worcester-based BayState Savings Bank. Ciraco is a vice president and retail lending manager at the bank's headquarters. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Connecticut. Mironidis has been named assistant vice president and branch manager of the Mill Street office in Worcester. She was previously an assistant vice president with TD Bank, in Framingham. Mironidis, of Worcester, holds degrees in English and urban studies from Worcester State University.
JENNIFER HATT has been hired as a universal branch manager by North Brookfield Savings Bank. The Ware resident has been in the banking industry for 15 years.
KIMBERLY W. MOOERS was hired as vice president of Whitinsville-based UniBank's fiscal advisory team. She has previously worked as an investment banker and financial advisor, as well as on the issuer side at MassHEFA and Mass Development. Mooers has a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from Boston College.
CHERI OBERPRILLER was hired by Northborough-based IT services firm Baesis Inc. as a consultant. She previously worked in a public accounting practice before shifting her focus to help companies with implementation of accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. She will be based in Springfield.
SHELBEA MOULIN and ERIC RAINVILLE were hired by Hudson-based IT services firm Bryley Systems. Moulin, of Worcester, is an administrative assistant. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Syracuse University, and has held leadership positions at nonprofit organizations. Rainville, a computer technician for four years, was hired as a technician. The Worcester resident worked previously worked at Staples Inc.
LEROUX JOOSTE was hired by Advanced Cell Technology Inc., a Marlborough-based regenerative medicine company, as senior vice president of business development and chief commercial officer. He joins the company from Antares Pharma Inc., where he served as senior vice president and general manager of pharmaceuticals since May 2012. LeRoux graduated from Pharmacy School in Pretoria, South Africa, and received his bachelor of commerce degree from the University of South Africa.
ALEX FOURNIER was hired as store manager of City Tire Auto Care Centers' Worcester location. The business was formerly known as Worcester Tire Co.

JESSICA SURANYI-HAMMOND was hired by 15-40 Connection, a Westborough nonprofit that works to promote early cancer detection, as an e-communication manager. She previously worked as a senior account executive at Porter Novelli and as a public relations manager at Milner Strategic Marketing, in Ipswich, United Kingdom. She earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, N.Y.
ALBERT (BERT) McGRATH has been appointed vice president of operations at Arrhythmia Research Technology of Fitchburg. A medical device industry professional, he was most recently senior director of operations for ConforMIS Inc., of Bedford. n
