BRENT BROSZEIT was promoted to director of development in the office of advancement at Nichols College in Dudley. In his new role, Broszeit will oversee the college’s board of advisors, formalize a successful stewardship plan, and assist in increasing engagement opportunities.
USHA RALLAPALLI has joined Southborough Medical Group’s Department of Family Practice in Southborough and is welcoming new patients. Rallapalli received her medical degree from the Ramaiah Medical College and Teaching Hospital in Bengaluru, India, and completed a residency at Solaris Health Systems in Edison, N.J. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
MIKE PADDEN and KATRINA DAUPHINAIS were hired at JM Coull in Maynard. Padden joined the firm as assistant project manager. He will assist with several JM Coull projects, including Emerson Hospital’s Urgent Care at Hudson and Boston University’s Physical Therapy Lab for Neuromotor Recovery. He joins JM Coull from an HVAC contractor and has six years of experience, including significant mechanical experience. He lives in Westford. Dauphinais will strengthen the firm’s preconstruction group by interfacing with trade subcontractors and suppliers, and managing the company’s bid solicitation software as a pre construction assistant. She is a 2016 graduate of Wheaton College and lives in Holden.
MARK ABDELLA, a Worcester native, has joined Fontaine Brothers in Springfield as vice president of construction management services. In his new role, he will work with senior management to develop the firm’s construction management portfolio and service delivery. He has spent over a decade working with clients in the private and public sectors across Massachusetts and Connecticut, most recently at Gilbane Building Co. He attended the Worcester Public Schools and graduated from St. John’s High School in Shrewsbury.
MATTHEW D’ERRICO, a resident of Shrewsbury, has joined the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. As the center’s new vice president for information technology, he will oversee its information services functions and serve as chief information security officer. He has more than 25 years of information technology experience, most recently as director of community hospital information technology at Lahey Health and director of information technology for Winchester Hospital. He is a graduate of Worcester State University and received his master’s of business administration in healthcare management from Assumption College.
JEREMY ROSS is now an orthopedic surgeon at UMass Memorial Medical Group. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed an orthopedic surgery residency program at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in hip preservation and reconstruction at the University of Utah School of Medicine.
