BEN RIVEST is now director of business development at Sustainable Comfort, Inc. in Worcester. He was promoted from the role of project manager. Rivest, who has been with Sustainable Comfort since it opened in 2014, will work to expand the customer base. He is a 2008 graduate from the UMass Amherst with a bachelor's degree of science in mechanical engineering. He also served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force from 2008 through 2014.

DAVID L. FINE was made partner at Mirick O'Connell in Worcester. He is the chair of the firm's construction law group, comprised of lawyers specializing in corporate and real estate law, labor and employment law, and construction litigation. He is a member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Central Massachusetts and the ABA Forum on Construction Law.

NICOLE SALWITZ is now administrative assistant for business development at Bryley Systems in Hudson. In her role, she will assist with business development functions including proposals and presentations. She joins Bryley from Newton Scientific, Inc. in Cambridge. A graduate of Goucher College in Baltimore, Salwitz holds a certificate for program evaluation from Tufts University.

PATRICK T. MALONEY has been named interim president of the Nativity School of Worcester. He is the school's vice president for advancement and will begin his new role on July 1, while the board searches nationally for a permanent president. A Worcester native, Maloney graduated from St. John's High School and College of the Holy Cross before joining the college's athletic media relations team and the admissions office. He was named to the Worcester Business Journal's 40 under Forty in 2015.

CORINNE KENNEDY is now an intern at the Morse Institute Library in Natick, where she will assist library patrons with their own personal 3D printing projects. Kennedy is a student in the TRANSFORM advanced manufacturing program at MassBay Community College and holds a degree in game design from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. After her 14-week internship, she will graduate from MassBay. She lives in Sutton.

JONATHAN COHEN has joined the Greater Worcester Community Foundation as a program officer. He has 24 years of nonprofit experience, most recently as executive director of the JData Project at Brandeis University. He holds two master's degrees: one in social work from the University of Southern California and another in nonprofit management from Hebrew Union College. He holds a bachelor's degree in religion from Colgate University.

SARAH SHUGRUE is now a program officer at the Greater Worcester Community Foundation. She has eight years of experience in nonprofit management, including at Mass Mentoring Partnership as Manager of Western MA Partnerships. She holds a master's degree in nonprofit management and philanthropy from BayPath University and a bachelor's in communication from Western New England University.

CHARLIE WEBB, a partner at AAFCPAs, has been appointed to the board of directors at Habitat for Humanity MetroWest/Greater Worcester. He will use his financial expertise to provide advice and direction on new and existing programs for the nonprofit. At AAFCPAs, he leads the healthcare practice, where he provides assurance solutions to nonprofit organizations.

EMILY VALLON has joined McCurdy Group in Sturbridge as a personal lines risk manager. She previously worked as an insurance adviser at Mapfre Insurance, where she was recognized for her customer service skills. She has experience in everything from claim services to policy reviews.
