Rosendahl is director of professional services; Raciot is a senior account representative and Diana is marketing and sales manager. DONATO J. TRAMUTO, CEO and vice chairman of Marlborough-based Physicians Interactive, was named to the Boston University School of Public Health Dean Advisory Board. He is also president and co-founder of mobile healthcare nonprofit Health eVillages.
Franklin-based Barrett Distribution Centers, a provider of supply chain services, hired SCOTT HOTHEM as senior vice president of customer solutions. Hothem most recently served as executive director of sales for Matson Integrated Logistics.
Leominster-based Fidelity Bank hired JAMIESON BURGOYNE as vice president of mortgage lending. His office is located at Fidelity's Shirley branch. Prior to joining Fidelity, Burgoyne was a senior mortgage loan officer at Guaranty Bank. He earned a bachelor's degree from Stonehill College in North Easton. Burgoyne lives in Lancaster.
Worcester's Reliant Medical Group hired ROBERT GRONDIN to its department of orthopedic and reconstructive surgery, podiatry division, and MARGARET THOMAS to the geriatrics department. Grondin will work primarily from the organization's Leominster site. He received his medical degree from Temple University in Philadelphia. Thomas earned her medical degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Uxbridge-based Blackstone Production Inc. hired MICK PROVENCHER as producer and technical director. Provencher previously worked for Proven Productions as executive producer and director. He lives in Needham.
Commerce Bank of Worcester promoted JACQUELINE CHAMPAGNE to senior vice president of commercial real estate. She joined the bank in 2005. Champagne graduated from Bryant University in Smithfield, R.I., with a bachelor's in finance and an MBA in entrepreneurship. She is a resident of Smithfield.
TD Bank promoted ELYSON S. DOS SANTOS to store manager of the Marlborough branch at the Hannaford's Plaza. An assistant vice president, dos Santos joined TD Bank in 2010 as an assistant store manager in Ashland. A graduate of Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, he is also a resident of the city.
Milford-based Consigli Construction Co. hired CHRISTOPHER SCARVALAS and MICHAEL FREUD as project executives. Both have more than 25 years' experience in the construction industry and have led major projects for corporate, academic, life science, biomedical and health-care clients.

Auburn-based South County Physical Therapy Inc. promoted ERIC CARDIN to assistant executive director. A graduate of Boston University, he joined the company in 2005 as clinical director of its Westborough location.
LISA THOMANN has rejoined Fidelity Bank of Leominster as vice president and home loan specialist. She was previously vice president and home loan specialist at Fidelity. Thomann is a resident of Westminster.
Worcester-based Athena Diagnostics, a laboratory testing company, hired JOSEPH J. HIGGINS as medical director of neurology. He was most recently professor of pediatrics and pediatric neurology at New York City-based Weill Cornell Medical College, and director of its Cornell Autism Research Program. Higgins received a bachelor's degree in biology and mathematics from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and completed his medical degree at New York University.
Marlborough-based Skinner Inc., an antique appraisal company, hired DEVON GRAY as director of fine books and manuscripts. Gray joins Skinner after more than 20 years as the co-owner and founder of James & Devon Gray Booksellers in Cambridge. She is also a bookbinder and owner of the Larksfoot Bindery in Princeton.
