Gov. Deval Patrick has nominated Worcester Superior Court Judge
FRANCIS FECTEAU
to fill one three vacancies on the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Fecteau, a Holy Cross graduate and longtime Worcester resident, has served the Superior Court since 1996. He will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Associate Justice Mel Greenberg.
