Marlborough Hospital hired KAREN TOLAND as clinical manager of endoscopy. Before joining the hospital, Toland was the nursing director for endoscopy at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester. She will manage endoscopy services at both Marlborough Hospital and the Marlborough Hospital Endoscopy Center in Southborough. Toland is a resident of Bolton.

Previously, von Thaden was manager of projects, power networks, and eastern operations at WorleyParsons. Von Thaden has a bachelor's degree in marine engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Buzzards Bay and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston.
