Worcester-based Charter Communications' Charter TV3 hired KRISTEN DOUCET as a general assignment reporter for "Worcester News Tonight." She recently served as news director at WMCT-TV in Marlborough. Doucet is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Marlborough Hospital hired KAREN TOLAND as clinical manager of endoscopy. Before joining the hospital, Toland was the nursing director for endoscopy at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester. She will manage endoscopy services at both Marlborough Hospital and the Marlborough Hospital Endoscopy Center in Southborough. Toland is a resident of Bolton.
Three-C Electrical Co. Inc. of Ashland named BRADFORD VON THADEN director of engineering services. Previously, von Thaden was manager of projects, power networks, and eastern operations at WorleyParsons. Von Thaden has a bachelor's degree in marine engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Buzzards Bay and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston.
Evergreen Realty in Sterling hired MERILLYN CHICKNAVORIAN as a Realtor associate. Prior to joining the real estate industry, she worked in community and public relations for Digital Equipment Corp. Chicknavorian has a degree in psychology from Fitchburg State University. She lives in Fitchburg.

Marlborough-based web-based solutions provider Physicians Interactive named GAUTAM GULATI medical officer and senior vice president of product management and JOE CASO as executive vice president of new business development. Prior to joining Physicians Interactive, Gulati served as senior vice president for Digitas Health in New York City. Caso previously worked with King Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer and Schering-Plough.
